Description
This completely renovated and newly furnished holiday home benefits from its wonderful location right by the sea. The tenant can enjoy the sight of the constantly changing tides.
The house has 2 levels: Garden level and ground floor.
On the GARDEN LEVEL is the living room with fireplace and the dining set and chairs for 6 people. Here you can choose to make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace or watch TV (satellite TV with all the usual German programmes), access the Internet (WLAN) or simply look out of the window and enjoy the "ballet" of the boats.
On this level is the modern, very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom (double bed 140cm + wardrobe) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds each 90cm plus wardrobe and a bathroom with shower and separate WC.
On the GROUND FLOOR is the garage (with garden table, washing machine, tumble dryer and car parking space) and another bedroom (double bed 160cm) as well as another bathroom with shower and a separate WC.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood right by the sea. From the house you have direct access to the sea and through the dunes and marshland to the beach (100 metres).
The small, cosy seaside resort of Barneville-plage is one half of the combined village of Barneville-Carteret, which has been attracting holidaymakers since 1830. In Barneville-plage there are a number of small shops for daily needs within walking distance (bakery, butcher, groceries).
The actual town centre of Barneville with its shops and weekly market is approx. 1.5 km away. There is also a tourist information centre here.
The charming, picturesque centre of the seaside resort of Carteret is not only home to various nice little shops, but also a 3-star restaurant and a cinema. In summer, there is a splendid weekly market on Saturdays.
On the way to the "Le Phare" lighthouse, you will pass beautiful Belle Epoque villas. From the lighthouse, a footpath takes you to the kilometre-long beach of Cap de Carteret - one of the most beautiful on the entire peninsula. There are marvellous circular paths through the enormous dune landscape of Hatainville. Hikers will find peace and relaxation here even in the high season.

Christmas vacation in Barneville.
We spent our Christmas vacation at House Claire. The house is very cozy, spotlessly clean, well equipped, and the view is fantastic. The landlady is very warm and helpful. The landscape is breathtaking and varied. In short: "A perfect vacation!" Best regards from the Westerwald.

Wonderful holiday destination
We were able to spend two wonderful weeks in the beautiful House Claire - also due to the midsummer weather.
For nature lovers, the location on the bay is great: experience the play of low and high tide every day, walk a few steps over the dune to go swimming, have an endless sandy beach to yourself, watch birds on the mudflats.
The house is spotlessly clean and well equipped, the landlady very friendly and helpful.

Great summer holidays with the whole family
We were able to enjoy our holidays in this beautiful house at the beginning of summer 2022. Our whole family had a wonderful, relaxing stay.
The house is small but very nice and has a large garden. Our old dog lady and the children enjoyed it very much. The proximity to the beach made it very easy for us, so we could go swimming with the kids without much effort, the beach is a short walk away.
The house is very clean, well equipped and there were even accessories for children like toys, child seat etc. directly on site.
A special thanks goes to the very nice house owner who helped us a lot on arrival after we had a flat tyre
We would come back anytime and would recommend the house to anyone :)
