This spacious two-story holiday villa is located in the small village of Bratulići near the city of Pula on the sunny peninsula of Istria in the northern Adriatic, an ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday with friends or family.
The Villa was built in 1985 and recently renovated in 2015. Insider des Gebäudes befinden sich drei Wohnungen, die völlig unhäglich voneinander sind. There are three fully equipped kitchens, three bathrooms, six bedrooms with 5 double beds (160 cm x 205 cm) and two single beds (90 cm x 205 cm).
Vom Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschaus gelangen Sie direkt auf die großzügige Sonnenterrasse und ihren privatean, 25 m² großen, schönen Swimmingpool, der von Sonnenliegen omgeben ist. Kinder und Erwachsene werden den Spielbereich gleichemassen zu schätten wissen. Sichere Parkplätze stehen direkt vor der Villa zur Verfügung.
Ihre Ferienvilla liegt nur ca. 7 km from the nearest beach, only 50 m from the nearest cafes and restaurants. Auch the famous Roman Amphitheater in the 20 km away city of Pula is always worth a visit.
