Benvenuto in our lake view penthouse flat in Pai di Sotto, Torri del Benaco !!!!
The flat, already used by the 3rd generation, offers a beautiful panoramic view of Lake Garda on about 160 sqm with 3 bedrooms and a living room with dining area and fireplace.
The flat is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Cooker, oven, fridge with icebox, coffee machine or espresso pot, electric kettle, washing machine, etc. The open kitchen with bar and the fantastic view of the lake creates a great atmosphere for cosy cooking evenings at home, should you not want to use the surrounding restaurants.
The rear rooms face up towards the historic village of Pai di Sopra. There, the mountainous landscape brings a cool breeze in the evening and offers equally great restaurants and hiking trips to the "Grotta Tanella" and to the "Ponte Tibetano", a gigantic suspension bridge. Mountain bike tours into the hinterland lead via Crero to Monte Baldo.
Directly in front of the house on the lake is the "Taverna da Stefano". A family-run restaurant with super tasty cuisine. Other restaurants and pizzerias are located directly on the lake. A trip from Pai to Torri del Benaco is worthwhile in the evening. Other places such as the historic Malcesine, Garda or Bardolino can also be reached by car within 10/15-20 minutes ... the drive by car along the lake in the evening is simply fantastic.
During the day you can enjoy the beach bays within walking distance, or jump into the water directly in front of the house via a ladder! Also nice on hot evenings for a short cool down.
From the balcony you look into a garden planted with olive trees and herbs. There is also a brick charcoal barbecue, which is perfect for a barbecue evening.
On rainy days, or in winter/spring during hiking and skiing holidays, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room on the couch in front of the TV with satellite connection. The gas floor heating provides the necessary warmth, or you can fire the fireplace in the living room.
The garage belonging to the flat offers enough space for large cars and bicycles, or water sports equipment such as SUBs, windsurfing sails, etc.. There is also an e-charging point for electric cars. The yard is locked by a code-controlled electric gate. Well suited for your belongings and the little ones.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor, which can be reached via the staircase. The flat itself is barrier-free.
Depending on the time of arrival, we recommend either taking the A22 motorway to the Affi exit (then continue via Albare, Costermano, Torri del Benaco) or, in the early morning or late evening, the particularly beautiful approach via the A22 to Casello die Rovereto, Mori, Torbole, Malcesine to Torri (Pai). In the summer months it is advisable to travel via Affi if you arrive between 09:00 and 19:00. Motorway toll from Brenner EUR 15.60 (Affi) otherwise EUR 12 to Casello di Rovereto.

Our penthouse flat is located in Torri del Benaco, Pai district, 200 metres from the lake. Restaurants 100 metres and beaches 300-400 metres away
Excursion destinations such as Monte Baldo, Verona, Sirmione, Bardolino, Garda can be reached in 15 to 45 minutes. From Torri del Benaco there is a ferry that runs at regular intervals to the other side of the lake to Toscolano. This means that destinations on the other side of the lake can also be reached quickly.
