Description
Mar de São Martinho has a wood-burning stove, a large leather sofa, two armchairs and a TV (satellite TV) including a DVD player in the modern and cosy living room. Free and fast (up to 350 MBit/s) WLAN is available throughout the holiday home. From the living room you can access the south-facing terrace or look out into the large garden. The beautiful garden faces south and is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. It is completely fenced in and cannot be seen from the outside, so it invites you to sunbathe or just relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and has, for example, a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric hob with four plates, extractor bonnet and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats four people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin. With a living area of 64 sqm, the holiday home is very suitable for four people. It has two bedrooms, furnished with a double bed (200x180) and a bunk bed (2x200x90) respectively. The inventory also includes a washing machine and a dryer.

The holiday home "Mar de São Martinho" is in a great location in a quiet bungalow park with beautiful green areas close to the dunes of Sint Maartenszee. From the holiday home, you can easily reach the endlessly long and wide sandy beach on the North Sea via the wide dune area on foot or by bike at a distance of 1,200 metres.
Park Wildrijk
Park Wildrijk is characterised by its generously laid out green spaces and its old tree population. The park borders directly on the tulip fields of Sint Maartenszee. The houses and gardens are lovingly and individually designed. Large plots provide space for rest, recreation and relaxation. There is ample free parking, and four charging points are available for electric cars. Park guests can use the tennis court free of charge.

The highlight for children of all ages is de Goudvis - the largest amusement park in Noordholland is a real play paradise (indoor/outdoor), and is only a few minutes' walk from Park Wildrijk.
In Sint Maartenszee there are two beach restaurants right by the sea, sunset included!
An indoor swimming pool is only 1 km away, the Tulpenland van Fluwel 1.5 km.
Places to visit in the area
An almost endless sandy beach and a unique dune landscape on the North Sea, tulip fields in the polders, lively towns and picturesque villages - there are endless things to discover, whether by bike, on foot or by car: Sint Maartenszee is always in the middle of it all.
The Schoorlse Duinen are one of the largest and most beautiful dune areas on the entire Dutch North Sea coast. This nature reserve lies 8 km to the south and is an absolute must for all cyclists and hikers
If you want to see the full expanse of Holland's polder landscape, a cycling tour on the West Frisian Omringdijk is highly recommended. A good starting point is the village of Sint Maarten, 4 km away.
The city of Alkmaar is famous for its traditional cheese market, which attracts tourists from all over the world every Saturday. The historic old town is picturesquely beautiful, countless architectural monuments date from the 16th and 17th centuries, they are best discovered on a canal trip. And in the narrow, winding alleys, many specialist shops invite you to shop.
In the neighbouring artists' village of Bergen, villas and avenues dominate the picture, and the historic centre invites you to take a stroll. Alkmaar and Bergen are about 20 minutes away by car.
Schagen is the closest town and is the shopping centre for the whole region.
The popular coastal town of Callantsoog is always worth a short trip and can be reached quickly by bike.
For nature lovers, the bird sanctuaries Zwanenwater or De Putten are very special attractions.
Day trips are possible to Amsterdam, which is only 60 km away, to Den Helder (Naval Museum, Fort Kijkduin) or by ferry to Texel.

Erholung pur
Sehr gut gelegen. Gerne würden wir dort noch einmal Urlaub machen. Diese Unterkunft kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Great vacation in a wonderful setting!
In short, beautiful and well-equipped holiday home with a great garden. Ideal for a vacation with children and dogs. Short distance to the beautiful beach. Restaurants and sports facilities in the immediate vicinity. We felt very comfortable!

We spent a wonderful week in Sint Maartenzee. Everything from the booking to the stay went smoothly. The house is very cozy, nicely decorated, and very tidy and clean. The wood-burning stove was of course really fantastic in December. We couldn't use the garden due to the season, but it is very nice, fully fenced, and not visible from outside. In short, a very pleasant stay.

Simple, friendly booking process into a cozy home + a great place
In November, I was able to enjoy my second stay very much again. Mr. Tellmann is so accommodating and uncomplicated that even I am not afraid to book through a platform. I particularly enjoy the cleanliness and coziness for a quiet vacation and hope to be able to come back soon.

A very nice stay in Holland.
We spent a few great days in the holiday home with our dogs...the holiday home is very clean and very well equipped...we also really liked the garden area...communication with Mr. Tellmann was very friendly...we look forward to another holiday in your beautiful holiday home...
