Enjoy this magnificent view of the surrounding countryside from the entire pool area, as well as from the interiors! On the ground floor is a 3-bedded room with en-suite shower room. But here is also the spacious eat-in kitchen, with well-equipped kitchen area as well as the adjoining dining table with seating for all possible 7 people. The living area is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, an electric fireplace, cable TV, DVD player and free WiFi. There is also another shower room on this level. A beautiful marble staircase leads to the upper floor with two more bedrooms with double beds. Again, these two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. One of the rooms has a terrace with a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape, all the way to the sea. The beautifully situated pool area is equipped with sun loungers and umbrella, as well as a table and two benches. The barbecue is the guarantee for atmospheric barbecue evenings with one of the excellent Maltese red wines. The size of the pool is about 7.0 x 3.5 m. Xaghra is located on a plateau, about 4 km northeast of the main town Victoria in a charming landscape, surrounded by fertile valleys. Xaghra is also characterized by the remarkable, prehistoric Ggantija Temple. This is part of the UNESCO World Heritage, consisting of two Neolithic stone temples from 3600 BC, which makes it one of the oldest free-standing stone buildings in the world. Xaghra is an attractive village with restaurants and cafés also known among locals, most of which are located around the large marketplace with its remarkable, large church. In the center of Xaghra there are also supermarkets, vegetable and fruit shops, butchers, etc. The distance from your house is about 3.5 km. Bus stop only 200 m from the house. The nearest restaurant can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. To the well-known seaside resort of Marsalforn, with its opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, and diving, as well as its variety of restaurants and bars, it is only about 3 km. The most beautiful and largest sandy beach on Gozo, Ramla Bay, is about 2.5 km away.

Electricity costs via coin system, with an average of 10 units per day (including for air conditioning) provided free of charge during the summer for the duration of stay, and 30 units per day (including for heating) during the winter months (Nov – Mar).
