The location and the large rooftop terrace with beach chair are unbeatable. The handling with H. Neteler was very informative and totally unproblematic. The Bant apartment is very, very nicely furnished. A small drawback, the mirror lighting in the bathroom did not work. But that is nitpicking at a high level. We would love to return to this super beautiful apartment.

We were allowed to spend wonderful days in Borkum in November. In a great, fully equipped, very clean, and central apartment. With a simple contract processing and perfect information.

We had a wonderful vacation in a very well-equipped apartment that is very centrally located. However, the floor is to be criticized: it creaks and squeaks in many places, and in the dining area under the chairs, it is partially damaged. Additionally, the apartment is now missing "normal-sized" drinking glasses; the ones available are too small.

Beautiful apartment, great location, central yet quiet. Everything very clean and comfortable. Compared to other apartments, a few (insignificant) small items were missing, such as a butter dish and a little more cutlery. Nevertheless, I can highly recommend the apartment and will gladly come back.

The stay in apartment 4 'Bant' was great! If we could give a small piece of advice: the drinking glasses could be bigger. We missed coffee grounds and hand soap, but we were able to get those easily ourselves. The apartment is very nice!

The apartment is very beautiful and well-equipped. However, there is a lack of a second light source in the living area (e.g., a floor lamp in the sofa area), and the bedside lamps in the bedroom are also not optimal if one likes to read in bed. However, we would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, especially I liked the bathroom, the illuminated lighthouse picture in the shower, and the sauna inside. I also liked the view from the dining table onto the shopping street. It’s nice that there is the possibility to wash our laundry. It was a pity that the beach chair and the table were removed from the terrace; we would have liked to use them since the weather was still very nice and sunny. All in all, it was a lovely vacation.

We spent 12 nights in the Bant apartment. We really liked it. It was clean and as described/in the photos. The only criticism is the kitchen equipment. There were hardly any water glasses and other glasses available, and there was a lack of breakfast plates and dinner plates. However, there was an abundance of cups and soup plates, so we assume that the dishes were reduced by renters. Hence the star deduction in price and amenities. The sauna was great. The location of the apartment is very convenient to the south and main beach as well as to the city center. We would love to come back.

The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and ideally located at the end of the pedestrian zone. What’s missing is a safe for valuables. What is completely unacceptable is the operation of the sink faucets via sensor. Normal handwashing becomes a problem because the water keeps shutting off. In one place or another, the apartment looks a bit aged, so I only rate the price-performance ratio with three stars. We had comparable apartments on Borkum for several hundred euros less. The handling, organization, and communication, on the other hand, can only be considered exemplary; great praise. Despite "complaining" at a high level, we spent a wonderful week on Borkum.

Contact was very quick and pleasant, especially until moving into the apartment. The apartment itself is well equipped. A floor lamp in the living room, a valet for each bed (there is also an armchair, but the bedrooms are probably rather small for that), and an additional clothes drying rack in the laundry room could further perfect the amenities.

A modern apartment with a great bathroom. The location of the apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Borkum. Mr. Neteler responded quickly to my inquiries. What could have been better: an information sheet about trash, washing machine, Wi-Fi, etc. was missing, and we only had one key, which is simply not enough for 4 people. Overall, however, we were glad that the holiday could take place at all during the Corona times and we would like to rent the apartment again.

The equipment was great, from the oven to the microwave, drip coffee maker, French press coffee pot, and teapot with filter. The location is very central, with a bakery, butcher, and supermarket around the corner. The sauna is small, but it's great that it exists. You are allowed to use the washing machine and dryer. Towels are provided, but additional sauna towels would be good. So everything was great, we would book again!

With the window open, it can be a bit louder at night or early in the morning. However, with the window closed, you won't hear anything anymore.

Good day, we were already in the apartment "Bant" for the 2nd time in November. A special praise goes to the cleaning team. Everything was spotless. However, it is very dark in the apartment in November. The ceiling lamp in the living room/kitchen is simply too dim. Another floor lamp or a bright lamp above the kitchen table would be desirable. We have been coming here for several years and will gladly spend our short vacations here in the future as well. The apartment is very nice, clean, bright, and modernly furnished. However, some kitchen utensils like cutting boards and sharp knives are now missing, and the amount of existing dishes is actually too limited for four people. The left drain in the bathroom was clogged and the water did not drain well. Unfortunately, access to the bicycle and luggage storage room was not activated. The windows were not cleaned. Noteworthy is the perfect handling with Mr. Neteler.

The vacation apartment is centrally located. Many restaurants and shopping options are reachable within five minutes, the beach in less than 10 minutes. The four stars for equipment refer to the slow Wi-Fi in the apartments, as my download over LTE is faster here. Additionally, some apps do not work because the internet connection is too slow! The four stars for processing-service-organization are related to the coding of the cards, as the storage room could not be opened with them and there was no indication of the key for the storage room in the fuse box.

Quiet yet central, car parking nearby with a free electric charging station, very good amenities in the holiday apartment, very tastefully furnished, great bathroom. Not so good: The water sensor at the sinks in the bathroom was a bit of an adjustment. The environmental thought is understandable, but why can't I then separate the waste? Everything, including paper and glass, goes into one bin. It's also a pity that you walk straight into the kitchen upon entering. And in front of the entrance door, there is no opportunity to take off your shoes with sand remnants. Thus, there is constantly sand in the entrance area.
