Because we like your apartment so much, we have been coming for years and have already booked for 2026! Only the bed linen for the pillows and covers has aged a bit and no longer fits tightly. This means that the cover and the interior come loose. Otherwise, everything is great!

TV in the living area not usable, or only limited, during the entire stay. No blackout, shading possible! Faucet in the bathroom very annoying, never experienced this in a vacation apartment. Price-performance ratio does not match.

We spent a beautiful week of relaxation in the apartment Langeneß. The apartment is very well located, very central, yet quiet. A very tastefully furnished apartment, everything you need for a stay is available. Very nice bathroom with an easy-to-use sauna. A storage room/bike cellar to store luggage/bicycles. If you arrive earlier or depart later, you don't have the problem of where to put your luggage. A very well-functioning app that provides all information about the apartment or arrival/departure in advance. We liked it very much and will definitely come back.

We found a very nice and especially super clean apartment in November of the year. The furnishings also leave little to be desired. An indirect light or a reading lamp by the sofa would be very nice. We would also find a coat rack in the hallway during the cold season advantageous. Otherwise, the apartment is highly recommended due to its location and the sauna! The booking and all arrangements are TOP.

A wonderful holiday apartment. A nice "dynamic view." Everything is neatly clean, so one also likes to use the things. The beds are good except for the slatted frames; one can hardly turn, as the "bed neighbor" might wake up. Providing a solution would be great. We will definitely come again. We felt very comfortable again in the holiday apartment Langeneß. Unfortunately, the weather was not as summery as last year, so we used the wonderful sauna. Perhaps a closing aid could be acquired for the Velux window in the bedroom for people who are not so tall. We would love to come back.

We stayed for the third time in Borkum in the Neteler Apartments. That speaks for itself. Everything was perfectly organized and prepared again this year. Everything was super tidy and clean as always. The apartments are well and nicely equipped. Mr. Neteler is immediately reachable in case of problems, and issues are addressed by him right away. We have only good things to report.

For the third time, we rented an apartment in the AltstadtVilla of the Neteler family. Once again, we felt very comfortable. The furnishings are friendly and modern, the location is central and quiet, and the organization is perfect. If the opportunity arises, we would be happy to book again.

The mattress and the bed linen could possibly be renewed. Personally, I found one pillow to be too few, and it was very thin. But otherwise, everything was good!

The vacation apartment is equipped as described and was clean upon arrival. We were generally satisfied with our stay and consider the apartment recommendable. We cannot comment on the sauna, as we did not use it due to the high temperatures. One thing must be clear, as this was not evident from the description at least at the time of our booking: The advertised rooftop terrace of the apartment is not for exclusive use but is also used by the party that booked the directly adjacent larger vacation rental number 4. Thus, in the evenings, we usually had a six-person delegation sitting on "our" terrace in front of our apartment. Even though the gentlemen were friendly and there were no problems, this circumstance did not meet our expectations.

We had a very pleasant holiday and would book the Langeneß apartment again at any time. The handling by Mr. Neteler was once again very friendly, uncomplicated, and very quick. We really liked that in our last booked holiday with Mr. Neteler as well! The lady from housekeeping was extremely friendly too.

The kitchen equipment could be expanded with one more pan with a lid and pot holders, and the chairs on the roof terrace could have seat cushions as well as privacy screens from the neighbor. PS: we didn't manage to access the storage rooms (nor did another tenant) - it would be helpful in the descriptions to explain how to open the lock. We spent a wonderful week in December. A great apartment, very tastefully furnished, with the highlight being the bathroom with a sauna. What more could one want than to thaw out again after endless long beach walks? ;-) The apartment has a good central location; everything in the village is quickly reached. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Perhaps a floor lamp by the sofa would be useful, as it's difficult to read there otherwise. Otherwise, we will definitely come back.

We found the apartment very nice and enjoyed our stay greatly. Especially the small sauna! As small suggestions for improvement: a standing or reading lamp by the sofa would be nice, maybe also a shoe brush in front of the apartment. We also noticed that the coffee machine was probably calcified (hard water in Borkum). These are really just minor details that did not disturb our vacation experiences. We would love to come back and recommend the apartment at any time.

Everything was just as we had expected from the pictures. There is nothing to criticize about the furnishings of the apartment. It is very cozy, and we felt completely at home. The path to both the beaches and to shops, restaurants, and cafés is not far. The old town villa "Langeness" is an above-average vacation apartment in a top location in Borkum. The service ahead of the vacation from Mr. Neteler was perfect. The only negative point was two non-functioning key cards. After a phone call to the cleaning lady, we quickly received two replacement keys. 100 percent recommendation!
