The accommodation is very very nice, a small point of criticism would be the TV program, very many interruptions and I would have liked it if instead of a box where you have to log in with your phone, there had been a normal radio, otherwise everything is top clean, I would book the apartment again.

A very nice holiday apartment where we felt very comfortable. The only issue was the constant picture failures of the television in the living room. However, these only occurred when the apartment on the first floor was occupied. The televisions in the bedrooms were not affected.

Very well-equipped apartment. Nicely furnished. Great location, very quiet. Easy access to the apartment. Super clean. We would love to come back! One mattress in the beds needs to be replaced; it is sagging. The screws on the legs of the dining room chairs definitely need to be tightened; they are very wobbly, risk of accidents! The sun protection could be improved. In high outdoor temperatures, it gets quite warm in the rooms on the street side. Otherwise, everything is top!!!

A very nicely located and well-equipped, cozy apartment with plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. It would have been nice to have a small type of storage or similar in the bathroom. In the kitchen, unfortunately, the cutlery is incomplete, meaning that it is noticeable when there are 4 people in the apartment (especially with teaspoons and small forks). A good bread knife is also missing. However, we would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is spaciously designed, bright, and friendly furnished. We only missed a few minor things in the equipment: a cosmetic mirror, a pot sponge, and the chairs were wobbly.

As always, we really enjoyed our time with you. The kitchen equipment could possibly be supplemented with some smaller items, such as differently sized knives or a better bottle opener or corkscrew. But otherwise, everything was fine. One more thing: Could you please make the input field for comments and notes more prominently bordered and also change the font color from a barely readable light gray to dark gray or black? Thank you very much.

A cozy and comfortable stay for us as a group in a very good central location.... Small details can be improved, such as the too thin bedding for this time of year and missing sharp knives.....

A very nice apartment including complete furnishings and comfortable beds. However, the very low sofa in the living area was not optimal for us. It can be problematic for older people or those with back issues. Overall, the apartment was impeccably clean. The location was also very advantageous, close to the train station, beach, and nearest supermarket. The booking as well as arrival and departure arrangements were handled very kindly, easily, and reliably. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Neteler for this. Overall, we felt comfortable during our stay and can therefore clearly recommend this apartment.

Very nice apartment that is equipped with everything that makes the stay very pleasant. The central location allows for effortless shopping and you are immediately at the beach. Borkum is always beautiful, especially when you are bundled up and walking on the beach and then come into an apartment that is as inviting as this one. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the vacation in the apartment. It was great how quickly we received a response and support when it was needed. I think it would be good to have a motion-sensor light at the shelter in the garden, as it was a bit difficult to use the safe with the light from the phone flashlight on departure day. We will probably book more often in a holiday apartment managed by you.

It was an all-around lovely vacation, the apartment was equipped with everything important and very spacious, we were there with 4 adults. It is very centrally located, everything could be reached in a few minutes. We will come back.

Borkum is a nice small island. The apartment is very clean and 100 m from the city center. It is very well equipped. Only drawback: cleaning service is 110 euros, even if you stay (like us) only 1 night.

Overall, the apartment is very nice for a great vacation. Two points have led to deductions in the amenities: on one hand, it would be nice to have a bit more storage space in the bathroom. On the other hand, I am not a fan of capsule coffee machines.

We had a nice vacation here! The apartment was/is freshly renovated and in top condition (August 2018). When there was a problem with the keys, the landlord was immediately reachable and came to help promptly - we will definitely come back.

Good holiday apartment in an optimal location. Good equipment; here are just a few minor points of criticism: Lighting (e.g. bedside lamps) is a bit sparse. The coffee machine unexpectedly is only in the form of a capsule machine; we prefer filter coffee, which is cheaper and more environmentally and climate-friendly. No waste separation is possible at all; however, we can imagine some guests might not participate in that. Overall, we can imagine booking the apartment again.
