A nice, well-equipped apartment in a great location! The contact with the landlord went smoothly. We really enjoyed our stay and happily used the beach chair that belongs to the apartment. The only thing that bothered us was the cigarette smoke from the neighbor's balcony.

A very well-kept, clean, and wonderfully equipped apartment. With the high temperatures, the orientation was perfect: morning sun with a view of the tennis courts and afternoon shade. The location to the beach and the promenade is of course fantastic. We used the beach chair as a "bonus" for nice evenings with sunsets. Overall, very good communication regarding the key box and accessibility of the apartment. We will certainly book again - in winter, if possible, an apartment with a view of the beach. I chose the beach cabin because it has a separate bedroom. Yes, it is a bit cramped, but the bed is very good and my granddaughter and I enjoyed this cabin (only a good reading light was missing ;-) I was in this house a second time... it is really quiet. The location of the house (promenade, beach, restaurants, swimming pool...) is ideal for me. The apartment is perfectly equipped, well-maintained, and the communication with the company Neteler is flawless. I will definitely come back.

Once again, we found a very clean, modern apartment. Thanks to a confirmation email stating that the apartment was ready for occupancy and a deposited key, the arrival was problem-free and seamless. Since we have been visitors there for several years, we already knew what to expect. Everything, as always, highly recommended.

The renovation has done the apartment good, although the old furnishings were already pleasant. Above all, the high-quality, tight windows and doors keep outside noise largely out, which does not mean that they were disturbing or that it was loud in the apartment. The location is optimal, right on the shopping street and the promenade with a view of the tennis courts and cultural island, with a slight side view of the sea. We will definitely come back.

Starting with the booking, key handover, and moving into the apartment, everything was wonderfully organized. Another surprise was the ample equipment of the kitchen and its appliances; additionally, everything was available from the shoehorn to umbrellas (which we did not need). Despite the size of the house, it was very quiet. Cleanliness and order were first-class in all areas. A small downside is of course the little bedroom; in case of emergency, one person can use the sofa bed in the living room, which is not very nice, or is a matter of opinion. In conclusion, we can only give ***** and look forward to booking the apartment again in the future.

For price performance, I rate this point with 3 stars, because I find the cleaning too expensive; I have to do too much myself, such as washing dishes and putting things away, stripping beds, vacuuming/sweeping, etc.

Really a very nice and well-equipped apartment in a central location. Best contact with the agency (thanks for that). As mentioned in other comments, the bedroom is small, but perfectly adequate. It's nice to have an extra room, at least in the overall area of such an apartment! The apartment is set to be renovated soon, but to be honest, we don't have any significant improvement suggestions, except that maybe the light bulbs should be checked before moving in, and some of the TV channels don't work at all. However, the light bulbs are indeed available for self-replacement. The Wi-Fi runs reliably and stably! An electric kettle would also be great. So for tea drinkers. But these are all complaints at a very, very high level. We will definitely come back, also because the dog is welcome!

The apartment was very spacious and had everything you need. If someone wants to complain here, it would only be at a very high level. Everything was fine and we had a great week on Borkum. A real plus point is the central location. Everything is within walking distance. The pedestrian zone is right outside the door. Although it is a heavily populated building, you still have your peace and quiet, which is what you look for when you go to an island.

I would take the apartment again, although it is already old, because the location, close to the beach and the city, is fantastic. We only had breakfast there, but the kitchen is perfectly equipped.
