Perfect to enjoy unforgettable holidays. You can easily reach your new holiday home with the elevator. You are greeted by a small hallway area with a cloakroom and a practical storage room. From here you get to the large living-dining area with a well-equipped fitted kitchen, which offers you and your guests everything you need to conjure up delicious meals on holiday. The spacious living and dining area spoils you with its ambience and invites you to linger and relax. Sweet dreams are guaranteed in a functional bedroom with a small double bed (140cmx200cm) and a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. Another sleeping option (for a third person) is the sofa bed (140cm x 200cm) in the living room of the apartment. You will also be delighted by the fine shower room, which is modern and contemporary. The prominent, central location of this holiday apartment is without a doubt. Enjoy the view over Borkum to the Dutch Eemshaven from your balcony. A beach chair on the beach is also available to you. A small private and shared basement complete the offer perfectly. You can park your car in one of the public parking lots on Borkum.

Perfekte Lage direkt am Strand -wenn auch ohne Meerblick, sehr gute Ausstattung des Appartements, unkomplizierte Organisation, der einzige Minuspunkt war das sog.Schlafzimmer - das war nur eine winzige Kammer, wo gerade einmal das Bett und ein Schrank reinpassen - aber immerhin ein eigener Raum mit Fenster,

Wieder einmal haben wir ein sehr sauberes, modernes Appartment vorgefunden. Durch eine Bestätigungsemail, dass die Wohnung bezugsfertig sei und eine hinterlegten Schlüssel war die Anreise problem- und lückenlos möglich. Da wir schon seit einigen Jahren dort Besucher sind, wussten wir allerdings auch schon, was wir erwarten durften. Alles, wie immer, sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Renovierung hat der Wohnung nicht schlecht getan, wobei die alte Ausstattung auch schon angenehm war. Vor allem die wertigen dichten Fenster und Türen lassen auch Außengeräusche weitgehend draußen, was nicht heißen soll, dass sie störend wären bzw. dass es laut in dem Appartment wäre. Die Lage ist optimal, direkt an der Einkaufsstraße und der Promenade mit Blick auf die Tennisplätze und Kulturinsel, leicht seitlicher Meeresblick. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Starting with the booking, key handover, and moving into the apartment, everything was wonderfully organized. Another surprise was the ample equipment of the kitchen and its appliances; additionally, everything was available from the shoehorn to umbrellas (which we did not need). Despite the size of the house, it was very quiet. Cleanliness and order were first-class in all areas. A small downside is of course the little bedroom; in case of emergency, one person can use the sofa bed in the living room, which is not very nice, or is a matter of opinion. In conclusion, we can only give ***** and look forward to booking the apartment again in the future.

Really a very nice and well-equipped apartment in a central location. Best contact with the agency (thanks for that). As mentioned in other comments, the bedroom is small, but perfectly adequate. It's nice to have an extra room, at least in the overall area of such an apartment! The apartment is set to be renovated soon, but to be honest, we don't have any significant improvement suggestions, except that maybe the light bulbs should be checked before moving in, and some of the TV channels don't work at all. However, the light bulbs are indeed available for self-replacement. The Wi-Fi runs reliably and stably! An electric kettle would also be great. So for tea drinkers. But these are all complaints at a very, very high level. We will definitely come back, also because the dog is welcome!
