Villa Perla is lovely traditional Istrian Villa, completely restored from its 100 year foundations, situated within walking distance to the picturesque village of Sisan where you can find a selection of restaurants and access to local amenities. Typically Istrian in style with its stone architecture, Villa Perla has kept its traditional style while mixing some modern elements. This private villa for rent features two separate houses sharing a courtyard with with a private heated swimming pool and a beautiful terrace, ideal for large families or a group of friends. To make the most out of outdoor living, the guest can enjoy the covered terrace with comfortable lounge area, brick build barbecue and covered alfresco dining area. The main house features an open plan lounge and dining area with kitchen, as well as two double bedrooms with king size beds, two single rooms with a large single bed (140x200), two shared bathrooms with shower and a guest toilet. The second house also features an open plan lounge and dining area with kitchen, two double bedrooms with queen size beds and two shared bathrooms with shower. The private outdoor pool can also be heated upon request with an extra charge of 150€ per week (to be paid on spot). Villa also features a finnish sauna with access from the terrace. The historic town of Pula is also a 15 minute drive away great for those looking to explore and visit famous landmarks such as the magnificent amphitheatre.
