The holiday flat is located in a self-contained residence on the 4th floor, accessible by lift. The flat is very personal and comfortably furnished. It has a large living-dining room and a small, separate open kitchen. The kitchen is generously equipped and has been completely renovated in 2019
In the living room there is a double sofa bed, 2 x 80 x 200 cm, 2 armchairs, a large TV and a dining table for 4 people. Separate WC between living room and bedroom
Bedroom with double bed 2 x 80 x 200 cm, bedside tables, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, window with insect screen. Bathroom with shower and washbasin, here is also the washing machine and window with insect screen.
Electric awnings for terrace and balcony, electric shutters in the living room.

Our flat is located directly by the sea. You have wonderful views of the beach and the sea from the balcony, the sea and the green inland from the terrace, direct access to the beach.
There are many interesting sights and worthwhile excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity
You can reach Vias-Plage via the motorway A 9 "La Languedocienne", exit Cap d'Agde further in the direction of Vias and Vias-Plage.
Or by plane, e.g. with Ryanair from Düsseldorf-Weeze to "Béziers / Cap d'Agde" airport. Rent a car there or take a taxi to the flat, approx. 10 min. drive
By train to Agde (TGV) or directly to Vias. From Agde by taxi to the flat approx. 15 min.
