Description
From the terrace and the spacious garden, one overlooks Lake Attersee, sees the villages of Abtsdorf, Attersee, and Weyregg, and can recognize Traunstein in the distance.
The house was built in the 50s, is very well maintained, and is lovingly kept up. It comfortably accommodates up to eight people in three double and two single rooms. The large corner bench in the separate living/dining room invites all residents to eat together and sit together. In the small conservatory in front of it, you can also enjoy breakfast on cooler days against the backdrop of Lake Attersee.
On the south side, the house opens onto a spacious terrace. The property is 3000 m² with well-kept lawn, bushes, and old trees; it is partly sunny, partly shady. The surroundings are very quiet and rural; deer and rabbits occasionally visit.
Four of the five bedrooms have a lake view. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and dishwasher. There are two completely new bathrooms with showers, toilets, and a washing machine. A charcoal grill is available for the patio. Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the lockable garage.

Two restaurants as well as the "Kristallsalzwelt" (Salt Oasis) and an e-bike rental are within walking distance. Direct connection to marked hiking and biking trails.

You are welcome to bring your pets. However, the property is not fenced. Please ensure that your dog does not run uncontrolled to the neighbours (leash!). Please remove any dog waste in the garden.

House in a quiet location with a very beautiful view.
a few small suggestions for the vacation home. A cool storage room for drinks and groceries would be good. In terms of kitchen equipment, a bread machine wouldn't hurt either. Otherwise, it's a nice little house.
