The house is completely newly built, equipped with every comfort and has a beautiful, child-friendly garden.
This luxurious and cosy holiday home can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 people. With no fewer than 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a modern kitchen and a spacious living area with beautiful views, you will enjoy all the facilities for a successful stay. The brand-new pool table will make your stay here unforgettable.

The ground floor consists of a living room with a spacious sitting area, internet TV, a dining area and a kitchen island. The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge and freezer, an oven and microwave, a dishwasher, crockery and kitchen utensils. A storage room equipped with washing machine, drying rack, ironing facilities and a cloakroom.

The ground floor has a separate room equipped with a pool table .
There is a separate toilet downstairs.
Upstairs
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The first bedroom is equipped with a double box spring and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The second bedroom is equipped with a double box spring.
The third bedroom has four single box-spring beds.
A second bathroom is located next to the rooms and is equipped with a shower, double sink and toilet.
Garden and storage
The living room overlooks a terrace laid in bluestone and a spacious green area. The terrace and garden are south-facing and equipped with garden tables and chairs.
The garage can be used to park the car or store bicycles, scooters, ... steps, etc.

The house has beautiful views over the fields and the Cadzand windmill.
With its location 900 metres from the beach, it is an ideal base for a day at the beach.
It is 8 km from Sluis, a beautiful medieval town with many restaurants, bars, clothes shops, beautiful interior design shops and a museum of curiosities.
Prefer a big city? Knokke a large Belgian coastal town with lots of entertainment possibilities and beach bars is 12 km away.

| The deposit is paid upon payment of the final rent. If the house is handed over without damage after the rental period and the tenant has fulfilled all obligations, the deposit will be refunded to the bank account indicated by the tenant within two weeks of the end of the rental period. Any additional costs incurred, such as repairing damage caused by the tenant or additional cleaning costs, will be deducted from the deposit. Before your return, the landlord may check the interior. Energy costs included in the price. Cleaning To ensure the quality of the property, it is obligatory to have the final cleaning done by a third party and the cleaning is included in the price. Cancellation terms:

My name is Oriane and together with my partner we rent out Villa Nooitgedacht. The property's name comes from the windmill that stands at the end of the street and is visible from the house. We have been going to Cadzand for many years to unwind, enjoy long beach walks and to indulge in the many delicious restaurants in the area. We bought the property at the end of 2020 and this fulfilled a dream. Our own place. The house was thoroughly renovated and the works were finished in October 2021. We wish you a great stay!
