The well-kept 3.5 room apartment on the 4th floor of an apartment building in the center of Locarno has a living area of about 90 m2 and can accommodate 4 people (ADULTS ONLY). Entrée with wardrobe. Spacious living, dining room with comfortable leather armchairs and large flat screen TV and a modern open kitchen and dining table. The spacious terrace, equipped with a dining table and a bistro table, invites you to linger. Two very attractive bedrooms with comfortable double beds, large built-in wardrobes and TV set. Each of the bedrooms has an exit to the balcony with seating and its own bathroom, one with bathtub/WC and one with shower/WC. A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you.

The apartment is located in the apartment house Residenza Portland in the center of Locarno, just one side street away from the lakeside street Lungolago. You can reach the city center and the Piazza Grande as quickly as the lakeside and the Lido with its varied leisure activities. The pier "Debarcadero", the bus stop and the train station are just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is particularly suitable for travelers without a car.

The apartment has 4 very comfortable armchairs that allow for a cozy gathering. There are two fully equipped bathrooms. Parking in the underground garage is easily accessible and spacious. Otherwise, the apartment is well-equipped and has all essential features. In summer, it can get quite warm without air conditioning. The car noise makes it difficult to open the window at night.

We have been coming to this apartment regularly for a few years and are always very satisfied. The furnishings are complete. The street noise is occasionally disturbing, but it is hardly avoidable on a main road. However, there are short distances to the city and the lake. The modern box spring bed is extremely high. Despite average height, getting in is quite difficult. The view from the large balcony over Lake Maggiore is somewhat restricted by the protruding buildings, yet one enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. The Fewotessin team is always extremely friendly and very professional. A successful vacation :)
