The 3.5 room apartment for 3 persons has a baroque interior and parquet flooring. The small, open kitchen has a direct hatch to the living room, dining room with settee, salon table and dining table with 4 chairs. A double bedroom with exit to the balcony and a children's room with a pull-out bed. Bathroom with bathtub/WC and separate guest toilet. The furnished balcony offers a view of the surroundings.

The apartment house is located opposite the Lido di Locarno lido with sports and thermal pools and SPA world. To the city centre it is about 600 m. There is a nice footpath along the lakeside. The marina, golf course and tennis court are each about 250 m away. The Camellia Park as well as the theatre, casino and Casa del Cinema are within walking distance.
Locarno has a very special flair and many places of interests you choice. The lake promenade, the Piazza Grande, the beautiful and charming old town and the nearby from Ascona attract many guests every year. The most popular events are the international film festival and the Moon & Stars with many concerts and VIP on the Piazza Grande.

The apartment house is centrally located on a quiet location, directly opposite the beach of Locarno. To town center is about 600 m, along a beautiful walk by the lakeshore. The marina, golf course and tennis court are about 250 meters away. The city bus to Locarno stops just outside the door.

In 2009 has been opened the new Lido di Locarno. It is an oasis for all who want to do sport, want to have fun or for all who love wellness. It is open the whole year and with all weather. For those who love nature, there are lovely places you can go swimmin in the river Maggia and Verzasca.
Also for sportive guest there are many possibilities: Tennis, Golf, Minigolf, ride, Fitnessparcours, paragliding, many many km to go for a walk, mountain bike, Go-Kart, sightseeing flight and much more. In the area of Locarno every guest finds fun, variety and adventure.
One of the most popular trips is in the nearby valley Maggia, Centovalli, Verzasca and Onsernone. There are typical small villages and old churches. Here you have many possibilities to walk, go trekking or to ride.

A sensationally located apartment with a beautiful view of the lake. Well divided, practical, useful, and equipped with everything important, only a few minutes walk to the old town or the Maggia Delta. The contact with the administration was incredibly nice and uncomplicated. We enjoyed our days in Locarno very much and will definitely come back.
