A very beautiful bungalow with a great terrace and a corresponding plot of land. Tastefully furnished with many details. All furnishings (dishes, etc.) are truly available. The location is somewhat outside and very quiet except for a few bird calls from the adjacent bird park. A bicycle makes sense. You can't park a car near the beach anyway. The bungalow is expensive, but it also offers a certain value.

Thank you very much for this wonderful short vacation! We booked the accommodation with a group of girls and just wanted to unwind. This is definitely possible here. The apartment is very lovingly furnished. Really stylish. We felt comfortable right away. The weather cooperated, so we could relax in the garden. Chairs, loungers, there’s something for every taste here. In 5 minutes you can walk to the beach and reach various local places. With the car, you can reach Edeka / the bakery in 3 minutes, so you're well supplied all around. Check-in and check-out were very uncomplicated. Everyone was very friendly, and the response times were quick. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Since the TV set did not work, the agency responded promptly to my request for help. After three maintenance technicians tried to get the TV set working, I was told after consultation that the landlord was not willing to hire a TV technician for user-friendly program settings. Significant costs had already been incurred in the past due to the behavior of previous tenants. Now the owner is no longer willing to cover the costs! The statement appears to me in the context of a service very strange and not customer-friendly. It was planned that I wanted to rent the property again for regular stays in Niendorf... Additionally, it should be noted that depending on the weather, it is not possible to leave or reach the holiday home on foot. The jogging route therefore starts with wet shoes. Rubber boots are recommended.

As the TV set did not work, the agency immediately responded to my request for help. After three house technicians tried to get the TV set working, I was informed after consultation that the house owner was not willing to engage a TV technician for a user-friendly programme setting. In the past, considerable costs had already been incurred due to the respective behaviour of the previous tenants. Now the owner is no longer prepared to pay for the costs! In the context of a service, this statement seems very strange to me and not very customer-friendly. The plan was that I wanted to rent the property again for the purpose of regular stays in Niendorf....

In addition, it should be pointed out that the holiday home cannot be left or reached on foot, depending on the weather. The jogging round therefore starts with soaked shoes. Wellingtons are recommended.
