Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dieser stilvollen, gemütlichen und super ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen und Kraft tanken.

Wir fühlten uns, wie bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt, sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr gut. Die Sauna ist wunderbar großzügig, so daß wir wiederkommen möchten.

Since the TV set did not work, the agency responded promptly to my request for help. After three maintenance technicians tried to get the TV set working, I was told after consultation that the landlord was not willing to hire a TV technician for user-friendly program settings. Significant costs had already been incurred in the past due to the behavior of previous tenants. Now the owner is no longer willing to cover the costs! The statement appears to me in the context of a service very strange and not customer-friendly. It was planned that I wanted to rent the property again for regular stays in Niendorf... Additionally, it should be noted that depending on the weather, it is not possible to leave or reach the holiday home on foot. The jogging route therefore starts with wet shoes. Rubber boots are recommended.

After three house technicians tried to get the TV set working, I was informed after consultation that the house owner was not willing to engage a TV technician for a user-friendly programme setting. In the past, considerable costs had already been incurred due to the respective behaviour of the previous tenants. Now the owner is no longer prepared to pay for the costs! In the context of a service, this statement seems very strange to me and not very customer-friendly. The plan was that I wanted to rent the property again for the purpose of regular stays in Niendorf....
In addition, it should be pointed out that the holiday home cannot be left or reached on foot, depending on the weather. The jogging round therefore starts with soaked shoes. Wellingtons are recommended.
