Very beautiful bright modern apartment, which stands out from the apartments in the adjacent houses, among other things, because you have a wide view of the garden from the balcony. We have never lived on Wolburgstraße, but the location is optimal: you can quickly reach Timmendorfer Platz, and from there it is not far to the beach. A parking space for the two apartments in the house is located directly next to the house, and the other in front of the second building located on the same property, facing the street. In the converted attic, our daughter had her own domain, but the staircase is very steep, and one can quickly bump their head on the sloped ceilings. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied and plan to come back.
