Principina a Mare is a small seaside resort, only 12 km from the provincial capital Grosseto, and located directly on the Maremma coast. It borders the Maremma nature reserve, 15 km south of Castiglione della Pescaia, 2 km south of the towns of Marina di Grosseto, in the midst of a magnificent, lush pine forest, which stretches from Punta Ala via Castiglione della Pescaia and from the nature reserve 'Monti dell' Uccellina' to the Lazio region. They consist of 5 residences, 2 hotels as well as many villas and holiday apartments, all with gardens. It is located away from major traffic routes and, due to this location, Principina a Mare appears to be one of the last refuges of peace and seclusion.

Pure relaxation
Near the beach, we spent a wonderful vacation. At the end of the season, it was quiet. We could buy the essentials in the village. Nice ice cream too!
Luisa and her mother, two warm-hearted and helpful women, live on the first floor. It was very nice with you, thank you!

Holiday home in a quiet location
The house is quietly located under shady pine trees.
The landlords are very friendly and helpful.
The furnishings are simple, but everything is very clean.
In the village, there is everything for daily needs, restaurants, bike rentals,...
From the beach, you can't see any houses, as the pine trees overshadow them.
Everything is perfect for a relaxing beach holiday.

Principina al mare
The house is well located, in a quiet side street under pine trees, just a few hundred meters from the center and not far from the beach. Suitable for family vacations, even without a car. Bicycles can be rented cheaply on-site. Very nice and helpful landlady. We felt very comfortable.

Simply cozy
We have come here for three years in a row and it was simply beautiful. The surroundings are great, the beach is within walking distance.
The landlords are very warm-hearted and we could always turn to them with any questions.
