Kucha 26b can accommodate up to 7 guests and offers a pleasant and secluded functional outdoor area for true relaxation and vacation. It is all focused on vacation, lounging, sunbathing, and swimming in the pool. The villa has central underfloor heating and a cooling system. Combined with a fireplace, it is an excellent choice if you are planning a spring or autumn holiday. The well-maintained city beach can be reached on foot in 8 minutes. Additionally, there are two parking spaces.
On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, and a communal living area with a kitchen and dining area. Traditional darker and natural colors run through the house and convey a sense of comfort, life, and warmth in a modern, aesthetic, and functional way. In furnishing, we used natural materials and, together with craftsmen and designers, created unique furniture and designed matching cushions and accessories with which all rooms are equipped. Upstairs, there are three more rooms and two bathrooms. Each room is individually designed, whether it be with a painting or through its interior decor. From every room, there is an unobstructed view of the sea and a private exit to a covered balcony, where one can comfortably relax in a hammock to experience the enchanting sunrise.
