We offer for rent two separate, superimposed dwellings at - each with a private entrance. The apartments are spacious (each 60 m2) and fully equipped. Four bedrooms are equipped with a total of eight beds, which provide sleeping space for 9 people. Each apartment has a separate Che and a bathroom. In addition, the use of a sauna in the price is included. There is access to the Internet and in each apartment offers a TV (German channels are received). The parking lot in front of the building is fenced and the garden is a comfortable and roofed grill you to linger. In the immediate vicinity is a tennis court and a bicycle rental.
Swinoujscie and very Usedom, offers a wide and in our opinion very nice network of bicycle paths. Therefore, we offer our guests the opportunity for free to use 4 bikes (50,00 Euro deposit per wheel).

Everything is fine!
We have booked and used this flat for our 8 colleagues for almost 2 years now. Over this long period of time, from the first contact until now, the communication with the landlord was and is always first class: possible additional cleaning needs, renting of bicycles, information about the area - they always reacted immediately and fulfilled our wishes.
Conclusion: The location of the flat, connection to the German side, friendliness and competence of the landlord: highly recommendable!

Familienfreundliche Wohnung
We have been looking for accommodation for a long time for us, two friendly families with a total of four children and a dog. We wanted to be close to each other and still have our own retreat. These two apartments above each other met all the criteria. And the dog was also allowed! We had a very nice time. Thank you very much!
