Description

The three holiday homes (completion May 2008) offer space for 4-6 people.

They are comfortably furnished and located on an enclosed natural plot in one of the most popular seaside resorts on the Polish Baltic Sea coast, only about 400 m from the beach and the centre of the village.

Living space 55m² on two levels.

Ground floor: Large living/dining area with kitchenette, equipment: W-LAN, 32 inch LED-TV / TV SAT ; Radio-CD; Cerandoppelkochplatte, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes etc..

Upper floor: sleeping alcove - 2 sleeping places (single bed);
Bedroom - 4 sleeping places (single bed);

Covered terrace with garden furniture;
Children's playground with double swing and roundabout;
Car parking space on the property;

Rental by the week: Arrival day: Saturday around 4 p.m.; Departure day: Saturday around 10 a.m

The arrival and departure day is a Saturday.

Arrival day: Saturday around 4 pm
Departure day: Saturday around 10 a.m

Tourist tax: 0,6 EUR per day per person.
Refundable deposit: 100 EUR.

The rental price includes all costs including the limit of electricity consumption in the amount of 10 kW per day. If the limit is exceeded, a charge of 0.35 EUR will be made for each kW used over the limit. Exceeding the limit occurs when the electric heating is used (on average 7 EUR per day).

Payment modalities:
The deposit: 30% at the time of booking by bank transfer.
The balance: on the day of arrival in cash at the handing over of the keys.
The deposit is received on the day of arrival and returned by bank transfer within one week after departure.

The holiday home cannot be rented to youth groups under 25 years of age.

Super accommodation in Pobierowo

We know Pobierowo from previous holidays, this was one of the best accommodations. It is a bit outside the centre, but everything is still within walking or cycling distance. Mr Bogdanowicz, the landlord, had many tips for us when it came to excursions or good food.
The house is functional and very clean. Everything you need is there.
It is worth bringing or renting bicycles, as there is a lot to explore.
All in all, a very nice relaxing holiday, we would have liked to stay longer.

Super accommodation

A very clean, modern and well maintained accommodation. We were there with children for holiday. They can play in the fenced-off courtyard without fear. The houses are modern and very well maintained. The landlord is a great person and helpful. The beach is about 10 minutes away. Shopping in about 5 minutes.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

We went on a short trip to the Baltic Sea outside the main tourist season and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The cottage is tastefully furnished and clean. The landlord is very friendly and always had a good tip for us. Thank you for everything!

Had a great vacation

The holiday house was very clean. The landlord speaks German very well and had many tips for us and was very helpful. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The house is centrally located, yet in a quiet location. Behind the house is a small playground for the children. The property is fenced so that children can play safely there.

a clean and cosy holiday home near the beach

We felt very comfortable in Calypso ll. The house was very clean and comfortable. Nice contact with the German-speaking landlords, who were very accommodating and helpful. Good central location. The very beautiful, kilometre-long sandy beach and the centre of the village are only a 5-10 minute walk away. Many shopping facilities nearby. Nice area for walking and cycling. There is also a bike rental and sports field nearby. Only pity that pets are not allowed. Otherwise highly recommended.

free time activities: Zum Spazieren gehen, Schwimmen, Sonne tanken und Drachen steigen lassen ist der Strand sehr empfehlenswert.

Direkt an Ortshauptstrasse

The location of the 3 houses directly on the main road into the town center is very unpleasant - very loud almost 24 hours a day. Bedrooms and terrace face the street, so a quiet, relaxing stay is out of the question. The price for the accommodation is clearly inappropriate. The 3 houses are very close to each other and have a very small shared property. Furthermore, the kitchen equipment is very sparse: e.g. no toaster, no peeler, usable cutting board etc. Compared to the road, these are of course rather minor things.

Vicinity of the holiday home: An diesem Ort incl. Straende ist es zur Hochsaison natuerlich sehr voll, so dass man - am besten per Fahrrad - etwas fahren muss, um noch einen nicht ueberfuellten Strand zu finden. Ausserhalb des Ortszentrums sehr nette Gegend.

free time activities: Viele Kinderactionangebote - wer's mag. Viel Natur.

shopping facilities: Ausreichend, allerdings Angebot etwas eingeschraenkt. Hauptsaechlich sehr kleine individuelle Supermaerkte.

Caution! On the noisiest street in town.

No peace at all and almost 24-hour traffic within 15 meters. The children's playground and the property area resemble a small front yard. Only the furnishings are neat and clean. However, definitely too expensive.

free time activities: für Polen ganz okay. Teilweise Abläufe wie im Sozialismus aber Preise schon auf EU-Niveau.
