From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price. iv. From 2 to 1 week before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price. v. From 6 days before arrival, cancellations are charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price. In the case of a new booking following a cancellation or after the expiry of an option, room-4-u GmbH charges a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees down to a flat rate of €30.00, as far as it is possible for room-4-u to generate equivalent income by re-renting for the canceled period. A booking that has already been rescheduled cannot be canceled for free anymore.

Zinnowitz is also easily accessible by train via the UBB. Connections in the direction of Berlin or Rostock via the UBB Züssow station.
There is a bicycle cellar and thus a sustainable holiday is possible with rail travel.
