For cancellations between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price will be charged. iv. For cancellations between 2 and 1 week before arrival, a cancellation fee of 75% of the rental price will be charged. v. For cancellations from 6 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price will be charged. In the case of a new booking after a cancellation or after the expiration of an option, room-4-u GmbH will charge a processing fee of €10. Room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees, except for a flat fee of €30.00, if room-4-u is able to obtain equivalent income by re-letting the cancelled period. A booking that has already been postponed can no longer be cancelled free of charge.
