Description

The flat consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is suitable for up to four people. The cottage has a low ceiling height, please ask if necessary.
The cosy, rustic flat is equipped with everything needed for relaxing days in the middle of nature.
Bedroom with a double and a single bed
Living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV and CD player, games, books, plenty of information material and a WLAN connection.
Kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and plenty of dishes.
On the terrace in your own garden you can enjoy the sun and relax in the pavilion or in the shade of old trees. Garden furniture, barbecue and a fireplace for evenings around the campfire are available.

Pets (dogs, cats, horses) are welcome. You can store your bicycles in the locked hallway of the cottage.

The thatched cottage is located at the end of a track plate path on the grounds of a remaining farm.
The landscape, rivers and lakes invite you to extensive cycling, hiking, canoeing and fishing tours. The Holstein lake district (e.g. Lake Plön), the Baltic Sea as well as Kiel and Lübeck are within easy reach.
Shopping facilities and a bathing area are available in Ascheberg, approx. 6 km away, swimming pools in Preetz and Plön - each approx. 10 km away.

Vacation with a hangover

We have just returned from our beautiful autumn vacation with our old cat.
Everything was wonderful: the very nice, open-minded landlords, where you really feel welcome, the atmospheric little house with beautiful wooden furniture, the absolute cleanliness, and the loving decoration that created a good mood in the house. Delicious chocolate for the people, homemade jam, and even tasty food for the four-legged friend (even senior food, I mentioned during the booking that he is quite old) rounded off the feeling of truly arriving.
The landscape is beautiful, and the property conveys a relaxed calm.
We have never arrived on vacation so quickly.
We will definitely come back!

Time travel

Beautifully authentic old house. We were already thrilled by the pictures on the internet, the reality was even better. It was super quiet and the indoor temperature was a constant 15 degrees, even when it was very hot outside. The landlords were very nice and always tried to do everything right. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to discover. Overall, we definitely recommend it because the price is also reasonable.

Pure deceleration :)

Simple, rustic in a great natural location! Quietly situated with a nice little neighborhood and nature right at the doorstep of the small cottage.
Wonderful surroundings with endless possibilities, whether cycling, enjoying the lake in great variety, homemade goods everywhere, sweet cafés, canoeing, and discovering many, many animals and and and.......
Grandma, Mom, grandson, and little pug really enjoyed their time here :)

Super vacation

I fell in love directly with the sweet thatched-roof cottage.
Everything was clean, and we slept well on the mattresses.
After our bike tours, we rested on the comfortable garden chairs and enjoyed the peace and nature.
The very lovely hosts deserve special mention.

Vacation with 2 dogs in absolute peace

A lovely little house with very nice landlords. For the dogs, it was a dream; door open and they had a huge garden available. The house has everything you need, and in the garden, there is a great terrace with garden furniture. It was a quiet and very relaxing vacation, thank you for that.

Wonderful thatched cottage

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the absolute silence, the wonderful garden, and the sweet little house. Everything you need is there, and Plön, Eutin, and the Baltic Sea are just a short distance away.

It was really lovely - unfortunately, much too short.

A beautiful vacation apartment

We felt very comfortable in the cozy thatched-roof cottage. The garden invites you to relax. Those who want to enjoy the peace are well accommodated there. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean, nothing was missing.

We enjoyed our stay with our Newfoundland dog very much! The hosts are extremely lovable and friendly. The mooing neighbors as well! The cozy cottage in the midst of nature offers everything the heart desires. Those who love peace and seclusion will feel very comfortable here. My thanks again to the hosts!

Very nice and uncomplicated hosts, lovingly restored cottage, beautifully and very quietly located - full marks for equipment, location, cleanliness, service and value for money!
If the weather is good, you can completely switch from car to bicycle :-)
We felt very comfortable and have already recommended the little cottage to friends!
