Description
The holiday flat, in a separate part of a former manor house, was completely renovated between 1990 and 2000. a new bathroom with walk-in shower was installed in 2019.
Here you can relax in a wonderful setting, simply enjoying the scenery or making yourself comfortable with a nice book on one of the deck chairs or the sofa.
The bright, modernly furnished holiday flat accommodates 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) : combined living and kitchen room with access to the south-facing terrace as well as the bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed), furnished with maple parquet flooring. If you need to accommodate more people, it is possible to rent another holiday flat in the attic (40m²) for max. another 2 adults and 2 children.
Even on holiday you do not have to do without the washing machine and dishwasher, the colour TV with satellite connection and the DVD player. Several DVD films and a large selection of entertainment literature complete the offer.
The 40 m² terrace with 2 deck chairs, 2 tables and 8 chairs as well as a large market umbrella offers you a unique view across the lake to the other bank of the Schwentine. Directly on the lakeshore is another seating area with tables and chairs, which belongs to the flat. Right next door on the municipal lawn with a small playground you will find a bathing and boating jetty as well as plenty of space to play (for the children).
A boat (canoe for 2 adults and 2 children) and 2 bicycles are available for you to borrow free of charge.

Fishing holiday
We ,4 adults and 2 children felt very comfortable. The flats are very well equipped. The direct access to the lake was wonderful. As we had brought 2 fishing boats, the children and grandchildren were fishing every day despite the bad weather. As a family it was a great week for us.

Great - flat sets the standard
Everything is as described, the flat on the ground floor is tastefully furnished, we lacked nothing. Neither quantity nor quality was spared in the furnishings. Everything is tidy and clean. The location is quiet, great for relaxing, swimming and paddling. The neighbouring, beautifully maintained community meadow with bathing area, jetty, football pitch and playground was used exclusively by us during the two weeks. It is also a good starting point for excursions into the surrounding area (Kiel, Lübeck, Baltic Sea, etc.). You can find everything for your daily needs in Plön
Simply great, future holiday homes will have to measure up to this ;-)

Naturnaher Urlaub
Räumlichkeiten entsprechen der Objetbeschreibung, hervorzuheben sind die rückenfreundlichen Matratzen. Absolutes Highlight war das tägliche Bad in der Schwentine, nur durch die Gartenpforte entfernt. Wir haben eine entspannte Woche in ruhiger Umgebung erlebt und konnten die gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Holsteinische Schweiz / Ostsee nutzen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Aus der Ruhe kommt die Kraft - Natur pur
Wir haben bei der kurzfristigen Buchung wirklich einen Glücksgriff gemacht. Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 1 Kind (14) beide Wohnungen gebucht.
Wir waren bereits bei der Ankunft von dem tollen Ambiente sowie dem direkten Blick und Zugang zur Schwetine begeistert.
Hier ist an Alle(s) gedacht:
Lesestoff in großer Anzahl, Gesellschaftsspiele, DVDs, Spielsachen fürs Kinderzimmer und draußen sowie die kostenlose Nutzung von Kajak und den 2 Fahrrädern.
Es gab Schokolade und Tee zur Begrüßung um sofort mit dem "Runterfahren und Akku aufladen" auf der Terasse mit Seeblick zu starten.
Wer eine erholsame Zeit in einem 100-Personen-Seelen-Dorf in annähernd völliger Ruhe sucht (wenngleich der offizielle Orts-Zugang zur Schwetine direkt neben dem Grundstück ist), kann hier fündig werden.
Wobei wir erwähnen wollen, dass zu unserer Urlaubszeit das Nachbargebäude ungenutzt und ruhig war.
Wir konnten die Woche über komplett durchatmen, uns auf dem Land & zu Wasser autoben und Sonne + See genießen - es war ein rundum toller Urlaub, daher von Herzen:

Very satisfied
We spent a week in this very beautiful and modern flat and felt very comfortable. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings.
The house is located on a road with little traffic and has a very nice and sunny terrace with a view of the Schwentine. The direct access to the lake allowed me to paddle my own kayak up and down the Schwentine for hours
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet there and would love to come back again.

Satisfied and refreshed all round
We (2 adults + 2 children) felt very comfortable. The flat is fully equipped, both in the kitchen and with books and toys. Children of all ages will find something.
The direct access to the lake was wonderful
And the surrounding area invites to various excursions.

Trotz sportlicher Pläne auch mal faul sein dürfen...
Wir hatten unser Kajak dabei, um von hier aus die malerische Schwentine zu erkunden. Doch so verlockend sie da gleich unterhalb der Holzterrasse vorbeifloss - der Plan fiel wortwörtlich ins eine Woche lang nicht enden wollende Regenwasser.
Frust? Nein, gar nicht. Denn in der in skandinavischer Klarheit eingerichteten, jeglichen Komfort bietenden Ferienwohnung ließ es sich ganz unsportlich herrlich faul sein. Die gut ausgestattete Küche, die bequeme Sitzecke, das freundliche Schlafzimmer - selten haben wir uns ein einer Ferienwohnung so willkommen und wohl gefühlt.

Diese Woche ist eindeutig viel zu schnell vergangen - was daran liegt, dass wir uns in Ihrer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt haben: sie ist gemütlich und gastfreundlich, sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt herrlich am Wasser und in der Natur aber trotzdem stadtnah. Als Großstadt Menschen mussten wir uns erst an diese Stille gewöhnen. Das Angebot an Literatur hat mich besonders gefreut.

wunderbare Ferientage
Wir waren begeistert von der komfortablen Ausstattung, dem grossartigen Angebot an Spielsachen, Büchern und DVD's, der wunderbaren Lage am See und den vielen Details, die einen Aufenthalt erst so richtig angenehm machen. Wir hatten herrliches Wetter und haben die Kanufahrten auf dem See und die langen Abende auf der Terrasse (für uns Südländer ein einmaliges Erlebnis...) sehr genossen. Überhaupt haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt, in Ihrer so schön hergerichteten Ferienwohnung, und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben...
