Description

This chalet is tailored for ten people and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the basement there is a games room with a dartboard, TV and table football for relaxation. In the cosy living area you can relax wonderfully. There is a classic Austrian (electric) fireplace in the living room, which gives the room an extra ambience. The kitchen is fully equipped. There you can comfortably prepare delicious meals, which you can then enjoy together at the spacious dining table. There are four bedrooms in total, each with a double bed, one with an additional bunk bed. Bathing in luxury is possible in this holiday home in two luxurious bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a Finnish sauna where you can completely unwind after a sporty day's holiday. On the stairs, the house is equipped with grills to protect children, so that your youngest can run around safely

In winter, you can choose between two ski areas. In two minutes by car you are at the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach. This lift connects you to the ski area of the Kitzbühel Alps, where you can make beautiful runs. In just five minutes you can reach the Wildkogel Arena ski area, a snow-sure and family-friendly ski area. And how about a ride on Europe's longest toboggan run? Bramberg's 14-kilometre toboggan run is definitely worth a visit. Fancy a race to see who gets down first? After a day of fun in the snow, hang your equipment to dry in the ski storage room and warm up again by the cosy (electric) fireplace.

In summer, it is wonderful to sit on the large terrace with an unobstructed view over the meadow and the mountain peaks of the Hohe Tauern National Park. A good tip is to visit the Krimml Waterfalls (about 20 minutes away by car) or rent a bike and cycle along a section of the Hohe Tauern cycle path. With children you can go to one of the nearby bathing lakes. Water fun is guaranteed. Sports-loving holidaymakers can go on intensive hikes or tours by mountain bike through the beautiful nature park. During your stay, use the National Park Sommercard included in the price, which allows you to experience interesting excursions and attractions for free or at a discount.
