Description
Our Strandkajüte holiday flat is located on the upper floor of the Memmert house in the Hookser Perle holiday complex, which was newly built in 2021/2022, and offers space for a relaxing family holiday by the sea.
The spacious 82m² apartment is modern and comfortably furnished and has two bedrooms, a bathroom, an additional WC, a combined living and dining area with kitchen and a utility room.
A spacious balcony invites you to linger in comfort.
There is a lot of love for detail in the upscale furnishings. The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and TV and offer enough space to set up a baby cot if required. The comfortable and practical couch offers another sleeping option. In the stylishly furnished living and dining area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with hob, high-built oven, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and microwave.
To start the day with a nice breakfast, all small electrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, water and egg boiler are available in the kitchen. The technical equipment for entertainment, such as TV, DVD player and a music system, can also be found in the living area. In addition to meals, you can also use the large dining table for games with the whole family or as a desk.
The utility room is equipped with a washing machine and clothes horse. A hoover, broom and dustpan can also be found there. This area offers additional space to store suitcases and other utensils.
The bathroom has high-quality sanitary fittings. The well-deserved holiday is rounded off with the use of the infrared heat cabin available in the flat.
During the season, we have a private beach chair for our guests at beach section 3.1.2.

Location and surroundings of object
The Strandkajüte is located directly behind the indoor seawater pool on the inland dike. Centrally located between the outer dike and the centre, it is an 800m walk each way. The beach promenade stretches 3.5 km from the outer dike to the outer harbour. The promenade has a nudist area, a dog beach, a textile beach, a bathing beach and playgrounds. In the centre you will find the pedestrian zone with its shops and gastronomy
The way to Strandkajüte Hooksiel is via the A29 motorway. Shortly before the motorway ends, the exit towards Hooksiel / Horumersiel is signposted (exit behind the Wilhelmshavener Kreuz). The country road then leads you straight to Hooksiel.
Please do not drive into the town, but continue straight ahead. Leave the roundabout at the second exit and continue to follow the road. After approx. 900m, turn right before the pedestrian lights. Now drive approx. 700m until you turn left into Neckarstraße. Our holiday apartment is located in the second house on the left-hand side.

Sehr schönes Apartment, super Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, mit Fahrstuhl und Autoladestation ( 3x EWEgo Typ 2 in der Nähe) - hatten diesmal leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter - kommen aber wieder !!!

Very beautiful vacation apartment with a great view of the mountains.
Our time in this vacation apartment was absolutely fantastic. The apartment is beautiful and tastefully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is great for exploring the area. The beach is only a few minutes away by car.
The apartment was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Everything was in very good condition.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient.
The beds are extremely comfortable, and we slept wonderfully. The living room is cozy and ideal for relaxing after a long day.
For the quality and location offered, we found the price reasonable. It was worth every penny.
This vacation apartment truly made our holiday perfect. We would recommend it anytime and look forward to our next stay.

Very nice.
A very nice apartment, nothing is missing in the furnishings and kitchen utensils. A beautiful large balcony invites you to stay. An infrared sauna completes a beautiful day of vacation. There is an elevator in the building. Bicycles can be stored in a garage.
