Umag. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and leads over an external staircase directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Bedroom with 1 double bed, sitting area, TV and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs). Kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
