Villa Raul is a traditional Istrian house that was completely renovated in 2006. It is located in a small Istrian village called Režanci, not far from Svetvincenat and only 12 km from the coast of western Istria. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wooden and stone elements dominate the beautifully furnished interior. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen with dining room and a living room with additional sleeping possibility on the couch. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. The outdoor area is dominated by a private pool with sun loungers and the partially covered terrace with barbecue invites you to relax on hot summer evenings. Nice little holiday home in the countryside.

Small, simple but beautiful holiday home in the middle of Istria. Rural and secluded next to a farm. Everything clean and the people there are very hospitable, would love to return!

Relaxation, recovery

The beautiful, classical natural stone house is located outside the tourist centers, idyllically situated on a farm. The neighbors and residents are nice and helpful. Communication is mostly in English. Very nice landlord, who could make the planning easier with a few tips. We were also happy about the bicycles he provided us. The accommodation, as well as the pool, is great for 2 people.
