The villa is an excellent choice for a quiet holiday with the family or for relaxing time with friends. The private pool has a tasteful and beautiful shape - it will delight all holidaymakers. The interior is sophisticated but cosy. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The bathroom is also very modern - especially thanks to the high quality floor.
The distance from the object to the beach is 800 meters and the distance to the centre is 250 meters. The nearest grocery shop is 150 metres from the holiday property. In 150 meters you can reach the surrounding restaurant.

Sehr schönes Haus!!
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit extrem schönen Garten und Pool! Alles sehr sauber und geflegt. Ruhige Umgebung jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Bäcker und ein Restaurant gleich ums Eck. Wir können das Haus und die Umgwbung wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Holiday with Flair
We were completely satisfied with the accommodation and can recommend it without reservation! Everything was as described - and everything worked very well. The only (small) drawback: the WiFi is weak in the outdoor area (due to the stone wall), and the internet is sometimes slow. Additionally, the mattress in the larger bedroom was a bit worn out. Otherwise, everything is top-notch and very clean! The most enjoyable features are the individual small pool, the beautiful terrace, and the excellently designed barbecue area. In Medulin, we bought fresh fish and grilled and ate it in the evening. Just 100 meters away, you can buy bread, cheese, cold cuts, etc. in the morning - having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the pool and garden is very cozy. Parking was a space right in front of the house. The area is very quiet, no motors or other disturbing noises. We would gladly come back!

Very nice house!!
Very nice holiday house with an extremely beautiful garden and pool! Everything is very clean and well-maintained. Quiet surroundings, however, there are shopping facilities, a bakery, and a restaurant just around the corner. We can really recommend the house and the surroundings without reservation!
