Your dream house in a perfect location!
Our house „Ludwigschlössl“ is located in the middle of the historic „Ludwigstraße“ and in a wonderful quiet location. The house was built after the second World War and completely renovated in 2010. Many restaurants and small shops conjure up a wonderful holiday flair and offer a perfect holiday location. The house is located in a quiet side street.
The wonderful and breathtaking view will stay in your memory forever and ensure absolute well-being and relaxation from the first minute of your vacation. From the spacious terrace on the 1st floor you can have a wonderful view over the beautiful garden – and a mountain panorama that is second to none. „Zugspitze“ and „Alpspitze“ show themselves from their most beautiful side!
The renovated hoilday home extends over two floors and offers 95 qm for up to 7 people. During the renovation, care was taken to take many details from the old building. For example, the door height was left at the original version of 1.80 meters.
The three bedrooms are on the ground floor, all of them are equipped with new box spring beds. The master bedroom, which even has a TV, is equipped with a double bed and a walk-in closet so that your holiday wardrobe can be stowed away perfectly. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and there is also a wardrobe. The third bedroom is perfect for partents and one child: In addition to the double bed, a single bed is available here. Of course there is also a wardrobe in this room. The direct access to the terrace from this bedroom is particuluarly practical. Here you can wonderfully enjoy the morning sun.
Of course, you will also find a bathroom on the ground floor. This is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink and has a window. Also the washing machine and dryer are there and can be used free of charge.
Over wood stairs you reach the upper floor of our house „Ludwigschlössl“. A cozy and modern living and dining area awaits you here. The large glass front, which allows access to the terrace, floods the room with light and creates a wonderful living atmosphere.
Even if the weather does not invite you to outdoor activities, you will be able to enjoy your holiday in this home to the fullest – our guests have a comfortable sofa with view to the fireplace and even our piano can be used!
The high-quality, modern luxury kitchen offers all utensils you need for cooking your favorite dishes! Cooking for family or friends is a real pleasure here! The spacious dining area is directly adjacent to the kitchen.
Of course, there is also a bathroom on the 1st floor. Here you will find another shower, a bathtub and a toilet.
The house has two parking spaces that are available for your stay – of course free of charge. The house is accessed via a side street with a width of 2,50 meters. Please check your car including outside mirror!
At the end of your stay do not forget to take a photo of the house – the completeley vine-covered house wall is a popular photo motif!

WUNDERBAR! Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Aufenthalt im "Ludwigsschlössl" sehr genossen! Das Haus verfügt über alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die zentrale Lage, direkt an der historischen Ludwigstrasse ist besonders hervor zu heben. Die Buchung und Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit sehr einfach, hilfsbereit und professionel. Wir können einen Aufenthalt im "Ludwigsschlössl" sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank für einen wonderbaren Urlaub in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

Wir (2 Erw. & 3 Kids + 2 Hunde) waren zum 2. Mal hier. Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, geflegtes und und ausgestattetes Anwesen. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr und kleine Geschäfte aber auch die Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Skigebiet ideal für Familien.

Sehr geräumiges Ferienhaus. Ruhige und trotzdem zentrale Lage. Bequeme Betten. Alles funktional und ausreichend. Auf dem Sofa finden 4 Personen nicht genügend Platz. Zufahrt zum Haus mit einem VW-Buzz möglich, allerdings etwas herausfordernd. Nächste Ladesäule fürs E- Fahrzeug in etwa 10 Gehminuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We spent a wonderful week in GAP with our two daughters, their husbands and fiancés, and our dog Dobby. The Ludwigschlössl is located absolutely centrally in the traffic-calmed area of Partenkirchen. The access to the parking lot, which is directly at the house, is a bit tricky as it is very narrow. But this is mentioned in the information booklet you receive before departure and is addressed again when picking up the keys. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything needed for everyday life. The view from the terrace is uniquely beautiful. When the weather is nice, you can see directly to the Zugspitze and the Alpspitze. If you want to go out for dinner in the evening, everything is usually within walking distance. And the food is delicious everywhere.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is ideal for families or friends. The living space is very spacious and bright. Everything is of very high quality and well-maintained. We can really only recommend this property for a great vacation in Patenkirchen. The view is unbeatable, and the location is ideally quiet yet very central. From the house, you can start hiking tours. Restaurants and shopping facilities are quickly accessible. The entrance is indeed a bit narrower; we passed through there without problems with two station wagons.
