Our "Loisach Häusl" is well hidden at the far end of Grainau, surrounded by lots of green and a fantastic view of Alpspitze, Zugspitze, Waxensteine and Kramer.
Up to seven people will find on over 145 sqm enough retreat possibilities to guarantee vacation for all.
A successful blend of tradition and modernity
On the first floor of the house there is a modern kitchen, equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and modern kitchen appliances. A large countertop invites you to cook extensively. The common meal then takes place in the adjacent dining room - here meals can be served through the hatch. A bright and cozy dining bay promises Bavarian coziness.
Through a passage in the kitchen you come directly into the spacious
living room. A generous sofa landscape offers space for the whole family.
The decommissioned fireplace and a wall clad in old wood provide a
cozy atmosphere. You want to spend a game night in the living room?
No problem, a cozy sitting area offers the best conditions.
Likewise, on the first floor is the spacious bathroom with shower, WC,
bidet and sink. A washing machine and a dryer are also available during the stay.

Balmy summer evenings are best spent on the spacious terrace of the
"Loisach Häusl". There are enough seating possibilities for the whole family
available. For the little ones there is a wonderful garden to play in.

read a nice book in peace and quiet, can make themselves comfortable on the cozy sofa in the hallway on the second floor - or you can relax in the inviting recliner in the living room.

Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es mangelte an nichts. Wir sind 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, das war optimal. Der Garten war für uns perfekt, die Kinder konnten dort sicher spielen. Die Baufirma gegenüber hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem Komfort . Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Alles vorhanden! Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man bis zu 4 Schlafzimmer braucht. Etwas abseits sowohl zur Ortsmitte als auch zu den Liften.

Das Haus ist toll und komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage am Bach ist sehr idyllisch nur das kleine Industrieareal nach vorne heraus stört ein wenig den Blick. Die Lage bietet gute Voraussetzungen die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung anzufahren. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

We were the first guests after Corona and felt comfortable right away. Plenty of space for the whole family, a cozy large living room, and the sound of the Loisach on the balcony. Thank you for the great time!
