About 10 minutes to Fort Myers and 20 minutes to Fort Myers Beach. Cape Coral is located in southwest Florida in the immediate vicinity of Fort Myers (RSW). Close to Sanibel and Captiva Fort Myers Beach and Iceland. Cape Coral itself offers everything for the holidaymaker. Marina, several golf courses, shopping at outlet centers and shopping malls as well as many great restaurants

This was included in the rental price for the first week. However, this depends on the number of persons booked and therefore the rental price may vary. So please ask for the rental price in any case. This is a legal requirement that we unfortunately have to comply with.

Rental prices are valid for up to 2 persons. Each additional two persons € / week surcharge.
Deposit € which also serves as a down payment.
: 2 pers. = $150 / 3-6 pers. = $180 / from 6 pers. = $200 which has to be paid directly on site in cash or cheque.
Electricity consumption up to $ 50 / week or $ 5 / day included.
2 children up to 12 years stay free of charge. Each additional child and children over 12 are fully charged.

Further included are:

Water consumption + rubbish.
Telephone (local calls USA ).
Internet and TV use.
Bed linen and towels (1x per booking).
TOP on-site support by German property management incl. instruction.
Pool and garden service.
Gas barbecue (must be left cleaned otherwise 30 € will be charged).

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
