The house has a garden of approx. 400 sqm is itself approx. 90 sqm with terrace, fireplace, cosy living and kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, one of which is a single room, for a maximum of 5 people. Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms. Of course, colour TV, CD Hi-Fi system, WLAN, refrigerator, microwave and oven are available.

The house is situated in the holiday park "'t Zijper Eilant" in Oudesluis, in one of the most scenic recreation areas of the Netherlands, the polder area "Zijpe". The grounds include a small marina, an outdoor swimming pool and a well-kept children's playground. The park is surrounded by a nature reserve with numerous canals leading to the Amstelmeer. Callantsoog beach is about 8 km away, as is the medieval town of Schagen. Alkmaar, Hoorn, Den Helder, Bergen an Zee and Egmond are within a radius of about 20 km. Recreational possibilities: Fishing (the house comes with a fishing licence which allows you to fish free of charge in all the waters of Oudesluis), cycling, boating, hiking, hang-gliding,...
