Enjoy a dream holiday under the thatch: the large, bright and cozy living room with LCD TV, fireplace and open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
A beautiful dining area with a view of the greenery, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a utility room with washing machine and a large terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deck chairs are waiting to give you a wonderful holiday.

The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you need for a successful holiday: refrigerator, oven/ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc.

On the upper floor you will find two beautiful, cozy bedrooms, both equipped with box spring beds (an extra bed is available).
There is also a large bathroom on the upper floor with a bathtub, sink and toilet.

Children's travel cot and high chair are available for the little guests.

Special features:
Underfloor heating on the ground floor. Sofa in the living room with bed function.

In the large garden behind the house you will find a small garden house with a sauna (also shared with the neighboring house Hus Kieker) and a tool shed.

Parking spaces in the carport for 1-2 cars in a row.

A free internet connection is available.

During the high season bookings only last at least 7 days.

Well-equipped house in a great location. A bit more light for reading in the living area would be helpful. And mirrors in the bedrooms would help reduce the rush on the two bathrooms with full occupancy.

Dear Team, we were totally satisfied with everything!! We would love to come back! We just missed the Wi-Fi and the mobile coverage was a bit poor. But that's not your fault; the problem exists throughout Timmendorf. So everything is great! Best regards, Christiane Peters & Family

Very nice holiday home with a beautiful garden - we felt very comfortable overall! Thank you! A few minor things: The refrigerator was not clean from the previous guest - that wasn't very nice. The fly screens in the bedrooms are great - it would be nice to have at least some windows on the ground floor equipped with them, to ventilate better in the evenings. The lamps in the living area would be even nicer/cozier with warmer light sources.

We arrived on the second day of Christmas and we made good progress in traffic. As a result, we were already on site at 11 a.m. It would have been nice if we had received the keys then, as almost everything was closed on site and it was relatively cold, it was difficult to pass the time with a small child. One could have turned a blind eye to that, especially since the house had not been booked by others before and was probably already cleaned and prepared. Otherwise, everything was great as always! Thank you very much.

It would have been nice if we had already received the keys, as almost everything on site was closed and it was also relatively cold, it was difficult to bridge the time with a small child. We could have turned a blind eye to this, especially as the house had not been booked by others beforehand and was therefore probably already cleaned and everything prepared.
Otherwise, everything was great, as always! Thank you very much.
