The booking, pending questions in advance, as well as the stay itself, were good. The questions via email were answered competently within three days. If there is another vacation in Poel, I would gladly use the PAS service again.

Great praise, it was wonderful with you, good information on the internet. The toaster is missing a rack for rolls. Beds are okay.

The apartment was very pretty and I felt very comfortable. The only thing I would have to criticize a bit was the coffee machine, as you had to hold the pot up for it to work. On the second day, the light bulb in the bathroom broke and we couldn't put the roller blind down, either there was nothing to pull or the cord didn't work. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you very much, I would stay here again. Oh, having internet access would have been nice too, but I heard it's a general problem that you can't do anything about. Many lovely greetings and heartfelt thanks for everything, and everything worked out great with the key handover even though it cost an extra 20 euros. I wish you all the best and stay healthy. Location of the rooftop terrace is great, living area with plenty of storage space, beds and seating comfortable. Absolutely clean, there's nothing to complain about. Drawbacks arise in the bathroom: Very outdated furnishings (medicine cabinet) with strong signs of wear, its lighting and socket non-functional. Showerhead joint without holding function. Moisture-proof box with loose hinged lid. I think these are small details in terms of financial investment. And finally, something very nice, the unfortunately defective TV, after a short period of use, was replaced so quickly that it is almost record-breaking. Thanks to the team around and including boss Sina Baumann, the immediate surroundings were also nice, so it was a successful holiday. Thank you for that and see you next time.

The location, especially the roof terrace, is great, the living area has plenty of storage space, the beds and seating are comfortable, everything is absolutely clean and there is nothing to complain about. Downer

Holding function. Damp-proof box with loose hinged lid. I think these are small things, also with regard to the financial investment.
And finally, something really nice: the television, which unfortunately broke after a short period of use, was replaced so quickly that it was a record.
Thanks to the team around and with boss Sina Baumann, the close environment was also right, so a successful holiday. Thank you very much and see you next time.

On the second day the lamp in the bathroom was broken and I couldn't get the blinds down, so I couldn't find anything. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you very much, I would stay again. Oh, internet to gang would have been great but I have already heard that is the general problem for which you can not do anything.
