Enjoy the sea and beach in every season.

This terraced holiday home with around 80m² has a lovingly and heartily furnished living room on the ground floor with a stylish, separate dining area and modern fitted kitchen.

From the living room (equipped with a SMART TV) you have direct access to the terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the Poel sun.

There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet, two bedrooms (one with satellite TV) each with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed for a total of 6 people.

Special highlight: There is a sauna available for you in the attic. Enjoy cold days in the cozy sauna!

Free internet access is available to you!

A travel cot and a high chair are available for our little guests.

Minimum rental period in the pre-season and post-season at least 2 nights.

There is a parking space at the house as well as a bicycle shed including a handcart.

It is approx. 70m to the beach.

No Smoking!!! No pets!!!

A small basic supply like pepper and salt could be in the apartment, a teapot would be nice.

We are actually very satisfied and happily return to the Strandmuschel every year. We have already booked for 2026 as well. The new key safe is truly a relief, as we no longer have to arrive and depart through the Black Bush. We have just two things that could be improved. On one hand, there are only three compote bowls for six people, which could be increased. And we couldn’t use the dishwasher this time because everything came out with a white coating (lime deposits?) and we had to wash it by hand again. Maybe salt and rinse aid are missing? Warm regards to the coast, and thank you very much for the carefree vacation days. We always feel very comfortable on the island.

The accommodation is very centrally located in the town. Everything is easily reachable on foot. The apartment has a great layout and offers plenty of space for 6 people. Everything was clean. The sauna is great and the relaxation area in the attic is an oasis for relaxation. Now the points of criticism: The dining room lamp was secured with the help of a metal spoon. The cable was wrapped around it so that the lamp did not hang directly over the dining table. The table on the terrace needs to be renewed, as the top is coming loose at the edges. The equipment in the kitchen is so-so. Everything is a bit outdated, and much of it is mismatched. This includes pots, pans, sharp knives, and cutting boards. The dishes are great and sufficient. Unfortunately, the chairs at the dining table are a bit low and rather impractical for shorter people. Additionally, they are somewhat uncomfortable. The cushions on them show signs of wear and are not appealing. In the living room, everything is great. The bedrooms are also nicely arranged and functional. Overall, we were satisfied, even though we are not convinced by the word high-quality, especially in the kitchen area. Sometimes it comes down to the little things. For the price, I wouldn't book again.

Unfortunately, the bathroom door on the upper floor could not be properly closed; we already pointed this out last year, and unfortunately, it was still broken. The mattresses in the parents' bedroom are much too soft, so we almost daily woke up with back pain. Some of the pots in the kitchen are missing lids, and the dishes are very mixed up and incomplete. Unfortunately, the staff or owners of the pizzeria always closed at the end, around 10 PM. From 10:30 PM to 11:23 PM, there was a lot of noise and people were racing wildly and loudly away from the pizzeria in their vehicles. It wasn't that extreme last year. Furthermore, some of the pizzeria's chairs are already on the street, which sometimes made it difficult to drive into or out of the parking area. The wonderful shower head in the bathroom deserves praise; it is simply great. The new chairs at the dining table and on the terrace are also fantastic. We are looking forward to the next vacation. The beach baskets were definitely worth mentioning, very comfortable and soft. Great cushioning.

The only real downside are the beds: - the beds in the children's rooms are much too hard - the bed in the bedroom was renewed compared to our last visit, but is now much too soft. We always enjoy our stay in Timmendorf Strand and will definitely come back! If you have a good connection to the city administration: some play equipment on the playground directly between the accommodation and the sea urgently needs repairing: zip line, small seesaw, trampoline (the latter has metal wires sticking out, high risk of injury).
