Description

Your holiday home is an end-row holiday home (only 3 units) with approx. 83m². On the ground floor there is a tastefully furnished, spacious living room with a separate dining area and a modern fitted kitchen.

From the living room, which is equipped with a fireplace, you have direct access to the terrace with patio furniture. Here you can enjoy wonderful sunny days all day long!

There is also a toilet on the ground floor.

On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with shower/toilet, two bedrooms each with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed for a total of 6 people.

The attic has been converted into a children's playroom, children are welcome!

A high chair and a handcart are available for our little guests. A travel cot can be booked through PAS.

Free WiFi is also available in the house.

There is a parking space at the house and a bicycle shed.

It is approx. 70 m to the beach.

No Smoking!!! Pets not allowed!!!

The house is clean and functionally furnished. The location is very good, with a bakery and café as well as a small restaurant and souvenir shop around the corner. The house is equipped with a wood stove, but unfortunately, there is no fireplace tool set for this stove. The television leaves much to be desired with its selection of channels. There are only a few channels available, no ARD and regional programs. You also cannot search for more. Improvements need to be made in this regard. Therefore, one star deduction for the amenities. The check-in and check-out was incredibly easy thanks to a code. We had a few nice days in this accommodation. Everything was fine except for the small shortcomings. The accommodation can be recommended.

We enjoyed it very much again, and my granddaughter did not want to go home. I must point out to the owner, due to my profession, a fundamental flaw in the stairs: the rise/run ratio (tread depth/rise height). If the rise height is not precise to the centimeter, it leads to tripping, which happened to my daughter.
