Everything was great except for the sofa and the armchair. Since my wife has some mobility issues, she had a hard time getting up from the sofa (it was sagging). Otherwise, everything was perfect and we would definitely come back to them.

The holiday home is very quiet and it is only a few minutes' walk to the (dog) beach. The cleanliness and equipment are great. Small points of criticism are the pillows in the beds - they are hard and take some getting used to - and the coffee machine, which takes a very long time to brew the coffee. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Thanks for the great holiday!

Hello, I am very satisfied. Nothing was missing. It is a very well-furnished house. With a lot of love and thought. Everything is there that you need to spend a relaxing holiday. When I picked up the key in the office on Friday afternoon, I asked the employee to please email us some options for 2 people for the period from June 10th to June 15th. In response, that employee said we should look for something on the internet. I told my wife and daughter about this in the car, and both shook their heads in surprise. When we arrived at Bernsteinweg, we found several available options for this period on Booking.com. Over all the years that we have been booking or inquiring with PSA, our requests have always been met to our utmost satisfaction. For this reason, on Saturday morning, we went back to the office and encountered 2 extremely friendly and open employees who were ready to answer all our questions, making us feel at home as we have been accustomed to for the past 10 years. One of the ladies offered to print out something for me, but I told her there was no rush and asked her to send me an email instead. Not even an hour later, I received the desired offers via email and we booked Monday morning.

A very nice, tastefully furnished, well-equipped holiday cottage! We would love to come back and highly recommend it. The only point of criticism that could be easily resolved is the very calcified shower head.
