We had a wonderful time resting on the island over the Christmas holidays, and that was largely due to our great accommodation. The proximity to the beach (about 550m) was ideal for my 86-year-old mother. She could go to the beach and back on her own or join us for longer walks from where she could be picked up by car. The house is also very well equipped. Nothing was missing. The sauna and fireplace gave the whole place a cozy atmosphere, and we took advantage of them several times in the dreary weather. The communication with the staff from PAS was also very pleasant. We would happily come back.

It was a very nice holiday apartment. Unfortunately, part of the toilet flush was defective, which the previous tenants had also reported. We pointed out a wasp nest in the garden.

Nice that there was also an investment in the furnishings! It's a shame that there is no Wi-Fi. Please provide better information on waste separation also at the trash bins!

It was a very beautiful time. Aside from a few small "beauty flaws" in the house, everything was fine, and the area is super beautiful, and above all, the sea is not far away.

The key safe is a great thing. Borrowing the bikes worked out really well, especially very spontaneously. It was great that we could move into the house earlier than 4:00 PM. 4:00 PM is quite late, especially if you want to make the most of the day, do some shopping, and possibly go out to eat since restaurants close their kitchens early.

+ The handling went well + The house offers good comfort - From our perspective, the house is clearly too expensive (this applies to the price development of all houses on Poel - we have been traveling here since 2013) - The inner sauna door handle gets extremely hot, opening it is only possible with a sauna towel, and the door frame of the sauna door heats up extremely as well - The toaster was defective; electrical appliances should be checked with every tenant change.

Thank you, we had a few very nice days at Haus Sybille. Everything was suitable for 6 people and our dogs. Small tip: Information about waste separation/special features for using the trash cans would have been nice. We would love to come back.

Thank you for the quick help with the code lock and borrowing a bike lock! The house is quite well equipped. There is a lack of a chair or valet stand in the upper bedrooms for clothes storage, the double bed downstairs is quite narrow and tight for 2 adults and you have to crawl over each other. Minor issues: The curtain in the ground floor room is not properly fixed at the top left. The batteries in the wall clocks are empty. It's a bit petty to offer soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher tabs for 15€ (and then some of it was there after all). Otherwise, everything is fine.

Dear Sir or Madam, we felt very comfortable in the Sybille house, it is very well equipped. In your description and in the office's response, one parking space is included with the house. Since we were there with 3 cars, it was a bit tight. When we asked the neighbor in the front part of the house, he said that both parking spaces in the front belong to number 39 A. He has number 39 and his parking space is on the side. That was already a very good hint, so we only had to find one parking space ;-)). Criticism: The toilet flush in the upper floor is unacceptable. I mentioned this yesterday in your office and hope that it will be improved. There is simply too little water for flushing. Sometimes the water tank had to be refilled 3 to 4 times to get everything done - a waste of water. The landlord should seriously consider offering Wi-Fi. Even though I have 2 different SIM card providers, it was hardly possible to connect to the internet, this is just not acceptable, I couldn't even make a call. Our friends had the same problem. Not enough dishwasher tabs and unfortunately no dishwasher liquid. Toilet flush on upper floor very weak. The pleated blinds were way too small, better to have none. Otherwise, very nice sauna, everything was clean and tidy. Location to the sea was great.

To relax for a few days, this is the perfect place. Great amenities in the holiday home, plenty of space for 6 people. Only in today's world, Wi-Fi is standard - unfortunately, that was missing. Otherwise, I can only recommend the holiday home...

He has No. 39 and his parking space is on the side. That was a very good hint, so we only had to find one parking space ;-)).
Criticism:
The toilet flush on the upper floor is an imposition. I brought this up in your office yesterday and hope that it will be improved. There is simply not enough water to flush. Sometimes the water tank had to be filled 3 or 4 times before everything was done - a waste of water.
The landlord should urgently think about WLan. Although I have 2 different sim card providers, it was hardly possible to get on the internet, that's not possible at all, even calling was not possible. Our friends also had the same problem.
Only for this reason, we would not rent this house again, everything else was ok, toilet I think will be done.
