Hello, everything went really well. Thank you for that. One small criticism: there is no dishwasher, which was mentioned in the booking, and we missed a floor lamp in the corner next to the couch. Otherwise, everything was great, thank you very much.

The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything necessary, would rent again. A new coat of paint would do the apartment good. A trash can with a lid would be great. A small lamp in the living room would be nice. Insect protection on the windows and patio door would be great.

Hello dear PAS Team, We were very satisfied overall with the price-performance ratio. We found out about the Wi-Fi access quite late; the app stated that there was no internet. The trash can emitted strong odors that we could not change even with vinegar. As a starting point for walks to the harbor or bike tours, we had a great location.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would come back to you at any time. Our teenagers only criticized that there was no Wi-Fi. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about.

The apartment is clean, large bathroom/hallway, living area for three people with a dog is quite cramped (living room/dining table/kitchen in one).... Nevertheless, cleanliness is okay, terrace is good and it's a nice area. Unfortunately, no Wi-Fi available...

Clearly visible dust on decorative items (e.g. a collection on the wall in the bedroom). If they are not maintained or have aged, in my opinion, they should be removed. Nice view from the terrace and delicious ice cream next door. Our stay was good at the accommodation.

A wonderful apartment with very good amenities! The bathroom is so spacious that we grandparents could wonderfully place our respective washing and care items alongside our teenage granddaughters. Critique: The pillows in the large bed contained many lumps and were not evenly filled. Tip: Note that the oven only heats when the timer is set with the temperature.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. It would be desirable to have some privacy outside; sitting on the terrace is quite uncomfortable (e.g. guests from the ice cream parlor). It would have been nice if the ventilation in the bathroom had been repaired. General equipment: a pasta spoon, tongs for frying, and a laundry basket would be nice. Fixed assigned parking spaces for the apartment would be good.

The apartment has everything you need. It offers enough space for 4 people. A small suggestion would be that the walls could be repainted and new duvets would be great. Otherwise, everything was great. We would love to come back.

We found our stay at the accommodation very pleasant and felt very comfortable. The size is sufficient and everyone had their own retreat. Personally, I think the textured wallpaper makes the accommodation look more old-fashioned than it is because I find the furnishings very nice. Nevertheless, a fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt, and the hook in the corner of the room seemed suspicious to us, otherwise a hand wash soap and another roll of toilet paper would have made the picture perfect. We had a lovely time and would gladly come back.

Praise: - excellent central location in the middle of Kirchdorf, right by the harbor - beautiful big bathroom with washing machine - underfloor heating available, very pleasant for colder travel months - as always, very friendly staff from PAS Critique: - fly screens should be installed urgently - for a complete equipment in the holiday apartment, a microwave wouldn't hurt, a dishwasher would be the icing on the cake, but not necessary for us - some renovation work is certainly needed: textured wallpaper in some places, especially at the head end of the bed in the bedroom or on the side wall in the bunk bed room is dirty, worn out/scratched All in all, for our spontaneous short vacation on our favorite island, a completely adequate accommodation with 4 out of 5 stars Overall rating for our taste

The lighting, especially in the bathroom, is very weak. A few hooks or a towel rack would be good so you can hang up a towel. There was some initial confusion with the bedding. Otherwise, everything was okay. Thank you for everything.

A very nice apartment. Very well equipped. One criticism doesn't even concern you. Some vacationers don't pay much attention to the cleanliness of the dishes when they leave. Dirty glasses and cutlery in the cupboard. Very pity!
