Tolles Haus, hervorragend gelegen und ausgestattet. Die Treppe ist sehr steil und dementsprechend mit Vorsicht zu betreten. Leider mehrfach ausgerutscht. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

We enjoyed a cozy house on a naturally landscaped property. The old building structure is well combined with new natural materials. We liked the Scandinavian interior. The house was perfect for us.

Both the check-in and check-out at Schwarzen Busch went smoothly, quickly, and without any complications. Since everything went smoothly during our vacation, we did not have to contact PAS in the meantime. The hosts of FH "Achtern Kickelbarch" were present upon arrival and explained everything important about the accommodation. The offer of free rapid tests at PAS is a good service for guests, regardless of the fact that no one in the gastronomy industry asked for them. We had booked with PAS before and will definitely come back.

This is a house that suits our taste perfectly. Very cozy with many lovely details, great room layout and even a small garden with a beach chair. It's a shame we could only book for a week. The beach is not far and easy to reach by bike. Overall great, highly recommended.

I regularly stay in holiday flats and houses. There are some things that are almost always missing - so I always bring these from home. In the holiday home "Achtern Kickelbarch", however, EVERYTHING was there and you notice that the house was furnished and equipped with care. Nobody expects a staircase safety device for children, a rotary clothes dryer in the garden or even non-slip children's plates - for our holiday with a toddler it was a blessing!!!! All the equipment and furnishings were spotlessly clean, the technical equipment was very good and the property invites you to sit outside in the right temperatures. There is even a children's sandpit (cleverly with a cover!). So my family and I give this holiday home the grade 1A.

It was very nice with the Schulz family. We were very happy about the possibility to get the fridge filled. The accommodation is made for families with children. Very nice ! We will gladly come again.
