Description

The house has been renovated and refurbished according to ecological standards, the furnishings consist of 1960s wooden furniture mixed with modern furniture.

On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a large, open kitchen with all amenities, such as a dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator, etc.

There is also a bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub on the ground floor.

The large dining table and a cozy seating area with flat screen TV, radio and CD player guarantee cozy hours in the house.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a single bed. There is also a small toilet on the upper floor.

If the house is occupied by up to 3 people (except in high season), a discount of 10% on the daily price is granted.

Due to its construction and equipment, the house is suitable for allergy sufferers (tiled floor, clay walls).

The large terrace with garden furniture, sun lounger and beach chair invites you to linger and have a barbecue.

The large property is ideal for children to play on and has 2 swings, a sandpit and a playhouse.

A lockable room is available for bicycles.

2 parking spaces at the house. High chair and travel cot available.

No smoking, no pets allowed!

Beautiful holiday home, pleasantly located away from it all. Fly screens would have been nice, but they are not possible due to the window construction. As a result, it was relatively warm. Otherwise perfect.

Both the check-in and check-out at Schwarzen Busch went smoothly, quickly, and without any complications. Since everything went smoothly during our vacation, we did not have to contact PAS in the meantime. The hosts of FH "Achtern Kickelbarch" were present upon arrival and explained everything important about the accommodation. The offer of free rapid tests at PAS is a good service for guests, regardless of the fact that no one in the gastronomy industry asked for them. We had booked with PAS before and will definitely come back.

I regularly stay in holiday flats and houses. There are some things that are almost always missing - so I always bring these from home. In the holiday home "Achtern Kickelbarch", however, EVERYTHING was there and you notice that the house was furnished and equipped with care. Nobody expects a staircase safety device for children, a rotary clothes dryer in the garden or even non-slip children's plates - for our holiday with a toddler it was a blessing!!!! All the equipment and furnishings were spotlessly clean, the technical equipment was very good and the property invites you to sit outside in the right temperatures. There is even a children's sandpit (cleverly with a cover!). So my family and I give this holiday home the grade 1A.

The hosts from the FH "Achtern Kickelbarch" were also present on arrival and explained everything important for the accommodation.
The offer of free quick tests at PAS is a good service for the guests, regardless of the fact that nobody asked for it in the catering trade.
Have booked with PAS before and will definitely come again.
