This cozy holiday home, which was completely renovated and partially refurnished in 2023, has 3 rooms. The living room is equipped with satellite TV/DVD, radio/CD, and a comfortable couch. A bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed allow for a pleasant night's sleep for up to four people. The beautifully designed kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, and toaster offers all necessary amenities. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and toilet. A children's travel cot and a high chair are provided free of charge. Garden furniture and a grill are also available on the terrace at the house. There is a parking space in front of the property and bicycle parking available. Free internet access is provided for you. No smoking!!! No pets allowed! Rental only possible from April to October! Let yourself be pampered every day; we offer you a bread delivery service throughout the year that you can book with us up to 4 days before arrival. You can get detailed information from us upon request!

Dear PAS Team, we could not assess your kindness more concretely due to the lack of contact. However, we would like to reflect that we perceived your written "instructions" regarding the procedure as very directive and rather as a prevention of any contact with your administration, except in emergencies. As loyal Poel vacationers for now 20 years, we do not perceive this development within your apartment service as necessarily positive and would like to honestly reflect our perception to you and give you the chance - if desired - to reconsider this for yourself. Everything in all a very beautiful property, quiet location very well maintained! One can also endure quite well in bad weather! But a small note, one is slowly reaching a price level where one considers possibly taking a vacation elsewhere! Because for that money, you can already get all-inclusive offers in summer vacation countries. A discount for regular customers (years/%) would be desirable. The infrastructure regarding gastronomy and cultural events on the island has also deteriorated significantly. The community should try to counteract this. We felt very comfortable and there is nothing to complain about! Everything to our complete satisfaction. As a suggestion for the municipal administration/responsibility for the beach: It would be nice if there were water stations for cleaning sandy feet at the beach exits.

The little house is beautiful and very lovingly furnished. One could really feel at home here and forget about everyday life. The generous terrace was great, for good as well as for less good weather. Only the parking situation was not so great, especially since construction was underway on the property across the street, and construction vehicles woke guests in the morning, not me, as I am an early riser. But that will surely come to an end one day. I will recommend this holiday cottage, simply beautiful.
