Hello, we were for the umpteenth time and certainly not the last time in this wonderful holiday home. Sensational location, top equipment... just a vacation... The island is still a hidden gem at this time - so don't tell anyone: we will come back. Best regards from Saxony - Your Fam. Müller

Beautiful house with plenty of space, nice property, very quiet, if it weren't for the rooster and hens from the neighboring property (they live there permanently), dogs that suddenly appear and run around the property and do their business there, the dogs are peaceful from the neighbors (they live there permanently), anyway, we have deer and cows there, eagles above us, there is little there, but for those seeking peace, it is perfect, we will come back next year, even if it is very expensive for 2 weeks, others would book 3 weeks in Spain for that price.

A great house in a great location! We would gladly come back. Everything was clean, and the house was nicely preheated. A broom, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning cloth would be advisable. A simpler instruction manual for the TV would have also been helpful. We had to make do with just one channel. Otherwise, it’s a lovely house. A bit noisy, but that's probably due to the construction.

It was very nice as always. Perhaps it would be possible to provide garbage bags and a little dish soap as a starter kit, as well as to reinstall a soap dish in the shower. Lastly, we noticed that the LAN sockets (internet) are not working. Everything else was very fine.

The house is in a great location. The view is amazing. A beautiful tasteful decor. Comfort factor plus.

The house is always great. However, the chairs need to be reupholstered since the leather is peeling and flaking off.

Very nice quiet location of the house, amenities okay. There should be a few more water glasses available; only 3 were present.

We have been familiar with your houses, especially this one, as we have been your guests in the summer for years. We particularly appreciate your prompt response and handling of requests and inquiries when something is not right. It would be great if the router were better; a repeater in the house might be a solution. The Wi-Fi was particularly unavailable this year, and when it was, the performance was very poor, even when only one device was connected. Due to the exposed location, the 4/5G reception is not always good, so a well-functioning Wi-Fi would be desirable. A new covering for the flyscreen door would be nice; we have temporarily patched the holes with clear tape on both sides. Thank you for the nice new beach chair! The previous one was really not great anymore... We are already looking forward to July 21, 2025, when we can be there again!

It was wonderful again and we really enjoyed it. Nevertheless, some notes from us: the equipment was insufficient: only 2 rolls of toilet paper, no additional trash bags, no chlorine tablets. We bought and paid for everything privately on top. Also, we would like to point out that a better solution for the shower would be desirable. No lime in the nozzles and a pleasant "tropical technology" would be great. Unfortunately, the neighbors are also quite stressful: the rooster crows constantly, even at midnight, and fires are constantly being lit that not only completely dirties the car.

Communication/service/booking with PAS was completely straightforward, professional, and well-organized. The holiday home has a great location with an amazing view, luxurious equipment, plenty of space for children to play around, everything was very clean and well-maintained in a very quiet residential area. Very generous for 2 couples, potentially a bit cramped for 6-7 people as the bedrooms are very small and we used the children's room for storing supplies. We would book the whole package again immediately.

Please put all the keys on one key ring. For the front door, garden house, and shed with washing machine. The house is the best-equipped one that we as a family were able to book on Poel in the last 15 years. Really top. As an animal lover, I would put some bird stickers on the huge panoramic window. During our stay, several small birds crashed into the windows. We had to revive one of them. The stickers don't cost much but have a strong effect. Best regards from the Kneschk family.

It was - as always - wonderful days. We particularly liked the new seating and the new sofa very much. The recess under the dishwasher (scratches/cracks when closing) should be enlarged and the closer on the window above the sofa needs your attention. Otherwise, everything in the house is top-notch.

The communication/service/booking with PAS was completely uncomplicated, professional, and well-organized. The holiday house has a great location with an excellent view, luxurious furnishings, plenty of space for children to play, everything very clean and well-maintained in a very quiet residential environment. Very spacious for 2 couples, possibly a bit cramped for 6-7 people, as the bedrooms are very small and we used the children's room to store supplies. We would book the overall package again immediately.

This was the third time we stayed here and we felt very comfortable. But what we noticed this time was a lot of dog hair in the living area, which we discovered when we moved in. What we noticed positively were the new chairs at the dining table. They are very comfortable. And we were also very pleased with the increased range of glasses. One more thing about the electrical appliances. The hoover smelled very badly when it was switched on. Who is responsible for changing the filter bags? And the coffee machine has a very long cycle time (approx. 30 min. for 8-9 cups).

The ladies in the service office can't help it, they are always very friendly. But!!!!! In case of a case, PAS-POEL behaves like a small ...... It's a pity, I always liked to book through PAS - Poel on my favourite island. From now on, however, I will book with Mrs Koth or via Poel.de... there I know that it is reasonable.

We would love to come back!!! Perhaps a sun sail on the terrace would be appropriate, the house heats up very quickly! We missed a shower mat and a tea towel, even though we didn't book towels. But these are only small things... We were very satisfied

We benefited from the 5 for 7 days offer during our holiday. We would like to book this again in the future, as the prices for two people are too high for us during the season. All in all, it was a very successful holiday.

The house is wonderful. the view of the Salzhaff is fantastic. otherwise we wouldn't have come here for years. Some of the furnishings, however, show signs of heavy use. The kitchen table and chairs could be replaced soon, as could the old TV. The new bed linen and towels, on the other hand, are great, as is the enclosure for the rubbish. Maybe the paper waste will get a roof too?
