A great vacation home. Everything is available. For us, the beds (especially the pillows) took some getting used to. The refrigerator door in the kitchen needs to be adjusted. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

The FH was very well equipped, everything was available. We liked it very much. Keep it up! Unfortunately, we did not find a paper bin for paper waste. Therefore, we disposed of it in the residual waste.

Very nice accommodation. Super clean. The house is equipped with everything you need. Especially in the kitchen. It should be noted that the accommodation is only partially suitable for 4 adults. The 2nd bedroom is a children's room with a small open rack for clothes. The lower bathroom is very cramped due to the washing machine and dryer. The sauna in the upper bathroom is useless. I would like to point out that at the horse farm or whatever it is, a dog has barked every night at half-hour intervals until 1:30 AM. This greatly disturbs the peace at night and is actually not allowed. Aside from this limitation, we had a very nice vacation. The island of Poel is beautiful. Best regards, Stephanie Pscheidt

Unfortunately, we were unlucky that it rained a lot during the two weeks we were in Kaltenhof, but we were also lucky to stay in this beautiful holiday home. There was almost nothing we missed, except for a doormat in the stairwell. But that was also the only thing we criticized a little. Everything else was super nice in the house. The children's room was beautifully equipped; nothing was missing. The kitchen had every comfort. We were also impressed by the loving decor throughout the house. One could tell that this house can only belong to someone who says: On vacation, guests should lack nothing, and I would also want to stay here for 14 days. Even in the garden shed, we found everything we needed: a bicycle, a collapsible cart, a grill, even a badminton set. So, to summarize, we as a family with a dog felt absolutely at home in the vacation house. The weather has certainly dampened the mood, but we made the best of it and were very happy to return to our beautiful holiday home in the rain and bad weather. We give the holiday home 5 stars and a clear recommendation!

A very beautiful and very cozy house, it exceeded our expectations by far. This house can only be recommended. The small sauna was the icing on the cake as it is a delight in the autumn. We would definitely return whenever we are drawn back to Poel. The way to the beach is reached in 10 minutes, and even the dog beach is right next to it. 5 stars from us.

The apartment was very well equipped, and we had a nice vacation. The only point of criticism is the waste separation, which was somewhat difficult for external guests. Also, the two single beds were very small and a bit uncomfortable.

A beautifully furnished holiday home. :) There were really only two things that caught our attention. On one hand, there were tobacco remnants on the dining table upon our arrival, and on the other hand, the television is too old to watch Netflix and the like on it. We could use it for one day, and then it was over. :D

Hello dear team, thank you for the warm welcome. We felt very comfortable with you. We would like to address the following suggestions: The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. Something should be invested there. The garden furniture is also not the best and does not match the rest of the house. A small covering on the terrace would be great for smokers. It was fun to be able to spend the vacation in the house. It is great with children there and especially the proximity to the beach. It is also centrally located for activities. The only criticism is the couch. It was very uncomfortable.

It was great, I have rarely seen such a fully equipped holiday home. As a small improvement, I would suggest issuing 2 keys for several people, as they may not always do everything together.

Unfortunately, the fence is not high enough for larger dogs and the hedge is not "escape-proof" everywhere. That is the only thing I can suggest for improvement. Everything else - very very nice. I can very well imagine that we will come back again.
