New apartment in Gollwitz, built in 2021/2022!

The newly furnished apartment is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance on the left gable side. You can reach Gollwitz beach in 5 minutes on foot.

The apartment is on the ground floor, bright, flooded with light and accessible without steps.

From the modern, cozy living room you can go out to the beautiful terrace, which invites you to enjoy the sun.

The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (one pull-out), as well as the sofa bed in the living room offer space for up to 5 people for a relaxed night's sleep.

The open-plan, modern kitchen offers all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, stove, etc.

The washing machine is available for you in the basement.
A handcart is available for you.

You will of course also find a travel cot and high chair in this apartment.

A narrow, narrow access road takes you to the holiday apartments and the associated parking lot.

Non-smoking apartment! 1 pet allowed!

Let yourself be pampered every day. We offer a bread roll delivery service all year round, which you can book with us at least 4 days before arrival.

Die Ferienwohnung ist neuwertig ausgestattet und hat eine sehr schöne Lage, allerdings fehlte uns die Gemütlichkeit in der Wohnung.

In the bathroom, the toilet wouldn't drain, and water was coming out of the shower and sink. A quick call to the office, and shortly after, the maintenance technician arrived and immediately smelled the problem; he then called the office to have someone from the sewer inspection come. Within half an hour, this employee was there and solved the problem. Thank you very much for this quick help.

The accommodation was really modern and practical; we felt comfortable with the children. However, it was missing Wi-Fi, which is actually standard and should be, especially for the price.

WLAN and a few clothes hangers were missing. The rolls in the morning could have been a bit fresher. But that's a high level of complaining. We were really positively surprised and felt very comfortable overall, apart from a few small things. We would come back anytime.
