The large living area with a beautiful dining area with a view of the greenery and an open fitted kitchen makes your holiday something special.

A cozy seating area with a fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed for two people, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue await you on the ground floor.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a cozy seating area with TV.

Up to two cars can park in a row on the property. A special highlight on the property is the charging station for electric cars; the card can be picked up at the PAS office for a deposit and an additional charge.

Die Casa Kornblume bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der einzige Minuspunkt, wenn man es überhaupt als solchen nennen will, ist die Zufahrt.

Sehr schönes Haus, wir hatten allerdings mobilitätseingeschränkte Senioren dabei, da war es doof, dass der Fernseher oben stand! Sonst war alles top!

Meine Familie hatte eine wunderschöne Zeit im gemütlichen Ferienhaus Casa Kornblume. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war perfekt für einen Familienurlaub mit Grosseltern.

A very nice and modern house. The furnishings were really good for a holiday home, there were even proper knives. Unfortunately, there was some saving on the electrical appliances (especially the stove, oven, and washing machine), which can be described as "not so great." Regarding cleanliness, I must say: the floors, tables, bathrooms, etc. were really clean, but there were a large number of cobwebs hanging around with noticeable dust. Sure, directly on the sea and in a garden area it is certainly normal, but they should be removed before arrival. The Wi-Fi is only moderate, especially on the first floor, and the TV is also not connected to it (so no media libraries are available). One suggestion for improvement would be a clothes dryer. However, we would like to clearly criticize the waste management: there were no indications in the house, everything was said to be self-explanatory. There was a green and a blue trash bin. Green for residual waste, you wouldn't think of that (not so self-explanatory). There was no collection for the yellow bag/bin and organic waste. In 2024/25, that is no longer up to date. Just before leaving, we found out from the landlord that there are containers for yellow bag waste at the harbor; that could have been written down somewhere. We put organic waste into the residual waste, where it doesn't belong either. All in all, very nice; we were able to relax wonderfully over the New Year's period. There was plenty of shared space through the lounge on the 1st floor and the living room, the large dining table was perfect for game nights, very nice owners, and we would come back immediately if we could.

We had a nice vacation. The house is located in a very quiet area with plenty of space around it: With the proximity to the harbor, restaurants, and beach, you have everything you need. The amenities are very good. The only things we missed were fly screens and a child safety gate at the top of the stairs. We would have liked a more detailed guide for the stove (or instructions); those who are not familiar with "induction" (like us) were initially a bit helpless, especially since two pans are not suitable for induction.

Unfortunately, we missed seat cushions for the patio chairs and also for the indoor chairs, or 2 sun loungers. A second key would have been helpful. Unfortunately, the green garbage bin was taken away, but has not been returned to this day. We could only place the garbage next to the paper bin and unfortunately couldn't separate it, as we only had the paper bin. A swing for children would be desirable. But since the house is brand new, there may be additions in the future. The kitchen is very well equipped. Overall, we felt very comfortable and can recommend the house. The view of the lighthouse and the Baltic Sea is charming, and our grandson enjoyed saying goodnight to the lighthouse.

Unfortunately, the green rubbish bin was fetched but not brought back until today. We could only put the rubbish next to the paper bin and unfortunately could not separate it as we only had the paper bin. A swing for children would be desirable. But since the house is brand new, there may be some additions to follow. The kitchen is well equipped. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can recommend the house. The view of the lighthouse and the Baltic Sea is also charming and our grandson enjoyed saying goodnight to the lighthouse.
