Description
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and plenty of storage space for your clothes during your stay.
In the second room you will find either a single bed (80x200) or a double bed (160x200) for an occupancy of 3 persons or more
The spacious living room has plenty of seating (sofa and armchairs), a dining table for up to 4 people and a smart TV. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for an occupancy of 6 persons.
The fully equipped new kitchen offers an oven, cooker and Nespresso machine (incl. capsules) as well as all utensils for a fine holiday menu or a delicious breakfast.
The flat is completed by a bathroom with bathtub and a separate WC. Fluffy towels and shower towels are provided - as well as fresh bed linen for all booked persons. Of course, WLAN is included. An underground parking space is available on request.
The spa tax (per day: 2.20 euros per adult and 1.10 euros per child) is charged on arrival and is payable in cash on site.

Bereits angezahlte Beträge werden verrechnet. Eine Ersatzperson, die zu genannten Bedingungen in Ihren Vertrag eintritt, kann von Ihnen gestellt werden. Eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung genügt.
