Holiday Home Fisher House 107 in North Sea Park Zeewind I in Bredene.
The family-friendly and practically furnished holiday home in North Sea Park Zeewind I offers plenty of relaxation and recreation. Perfectly suitable for up to 6 people, the maximum occupancy is 8 people.
With a living space in the house of over 100 sqm, every family will find ample room to relax. Free WiFi and 3 satellite TVs are available. A completely fenced garden (fence height 150 cm) ensures that children and dogs stay near the house. Garden furniture, loungers, and a charcoal grill are available for use.
On the covered terrace of about 30 sqm, it is also pleasant in the evening or during light rain.
A washing machine, sun umbrella, and loungers are placed in the extension. The swing grill can be set up on the lawn. Immediately in front of the house is the numbered private parking space, and directly next to the house an additional car trailer (750kg class) can be parked!
During the summer season (June 15 to September 15), the heated outdoor pool at Zeewind I is available to guests!
On the ground floor, next to a living and dining area with a new, open kitchen, there are two bedrooms with double beds, a newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Next to it is a separate, newly renovated guest toilet with a sink.
In the living room, there is a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker available. The dining set seats 6 people. The table can be extended to accommodate 8 people if necessary.
The heating on the ground floor consists of a high-capacity storage heater and a wood stove with a viewing window. Convector heaters are installed in the sleeping rooms. The kitchen is very well and practically equipped (ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee and Senseo machine, toaster, mini oven, blender, waffle iron, etc.) There is plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds and a satellite TV.
Whoever has been here once will come again! Anyone looking for a vacation spot that offers relaxation and recuperation, activity and joie de vivre alike, can easily find it on the Belgian North Sea coast. Here, fourteen seaside resorts are lined up along the coast over a length of 67 km. In the middle is Ostend, and right next to it is the seaside resort of Bredene – from here, every point on the coast is quickly accessible.
The stimulating climate of the North Sea and the pure, iodine-rich sea air are a boon for all respiratory systems. You will notice this beneficial influence on the lungs and bronchi after just a few days.
A branch of the Gulf Stream, which hits the coast here, ensures a mild and pleasant climate.
The flat coastal area has an above-average number of sunny days per year, and although clouds sometimes come from the sea here, they often pass over and rain further inland. The Belgian North Sea coast has much to recommend it: friendly people, a beach where the sea is always present and does not retreat kilometers away at low tide! Ideal for bathing, playing, and frolicking! The wide and flat sandy beach is easily accessible on foot (about 700m) or by car. Those who prefer to drive can park along the coastal road, reducing the walk to about 300m. Those who prefer it cozier retreat to the dunes to relax and laze around, or wander along the beach for kilometers.
And even our four-legged friends find an ideal environment on these vast and endless beaches. Except for the high season, where there are restrictions with dogs on the swimming beach, they are allowed on the beach and by the water everywhere. And even in the high season, there is a dog beach! With the coastal tram, which runs along the entire Belgian coast from Knokke-Heist (Dutch border) to De Panne (French border), you can take wonderful excursions along the coast. The affordable day tickets are simply ideal for this!

Absolutely recommended
We spent a week vacationing here. The holiday home is very cozy. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The covered terrace was especially great, allowing us to sit comfortably outside even in rain and wind. The hammock for chilling was absolutely fantastic. The sea with its beautiful sandy beach is not far away (you can swim even at low tide). Notable cities, such as Bruges or Dunkirk, are quickly reachable.

2 beautiful weeks
A cozy little house, very quietly located and yet close to the beach. Communication with the landlord was exemplary, cleanliness was top-notch, nothing to complain about. The bathroom could be a bit larger; I am 186cm tall, and it was a bit cramped, so just 4 stars for this point. Otherwise, the equipment is very good, nothing is missing. And a new small wok pan has been added, which we forgot upon departure, have fun with it 🙂 Overall, a successful vacation 🙂

A little house to feel comfortable.
The house is exactly as described here. It is very comfortable and you can tell that the owners often live there with their children and dog, as the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Everything is available for 8 people. The beach, which can be reached quickly and easily by bike or on foot, is very spacious and especially untouched by nature. In Bredene, there are small shops, as well as a Lidl, Aldi, Spar, etc. We particularly liked the large summer garden. The owners are very nice and have put together a folder that contains all the important information about the house and the area. The key handover was very uncomplicated, through a key safe. We really enjoyed our vacation and have already booked again for next year.

We are now "battle-hardened" grandparents. After a smaller chalet on another site became too small because of the family, we bought this house in 2007. From the beginning, it was important to us to have a family-friendly and complete equipment. This includes equipping the upper bedrooms with SAT-TV and radio. And also a trailer parking space directly at the house.
