Holiday home Fischerhaus 107 in North Sea Park Zeewind I in Bredene.
The family-friendly and practically furnished holiday home in North Sea Park Zeewind I offers plenty of rest and relaxation. Optimally suited for an occupancy of up to 6 persons, the maximum occupancy is 8 persons
On a living area in the house of a good 100 sqm, every family will find enough space to relax. Free WLAN and 3 SAT-TVs are available.
A completely fenced garden (fence height 150 cm) with a great shade tree ensures that children and dogs stay at the house. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a charcoal grill are available for use.
On the covered terrace with almost 30 sqm you can also enjoy the evening or light rain
Washing machine, sunshade and several bathing loungers have their place in the annex. The barbecue can be set up on the open lawn
There is a numbered parking space directly in front of the house, and an additional car trailer (750 kg class) can be parked right next to the house!
During the summer season (15 June to 15 September), the heated outdoor swimming pool on Zeewind I is available to guests!
In addition to a living and dining area with open kitchen, there are two bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor, a bathroom with WC, washbasin and large toilet cabinet and a separate guest WC with washbasin
In the living room, there is a Smart TV with SAT system, a stereo system with CD player. The table of the dining group offers space for 6 persons, it can be extended with extension plates also for 8 persons, additional chairs are stored upstairs
The heating on the ground floor consists of a powerful night storage heater and a fireplace with a viewing window. Convector heaters are installed in the bedrooms
The kitchen is well-equipped (ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, scythe maker, toaster, grill, mini oven, blender, waffle iron, electric grill, egg cooker, etc.) Dishes and cutlery are plentiful, even when fully occupied with 8 people
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two single beds and a satellite TV

If you are looking for a holiday resort that offers you relaxation and recreation, activity and joie de vivre in equal measure, you can easily find it on the Belgian North Sea coast. Here, fourteen seaside resorts line up along the coast over a length of 67 km. In the middle of it all is Ostend and right next to it the seaside resort of Bredene - from here every point on the coast can be reached quickly.
The stimulating climate of the North Sea and the pure, iodine-rich sea air are a blessing for all respiratory organs. You will notice this beneficial effect on your lungs and bronchial tubes after just a few days.
An offshoot of the Gulf Stream, which meets the coast here, provides a mild and pleasant climate.
The flat coastal area has an above-average number of sunny days a year, but if clouds do come in from the sea, they often pass over it and only rain inland.
The Belgian North Sea coast has a lot going for it, friendly people, a beach where the sea is always there and doesn't retreat for miles at low tide! Simply ideal for bathing, playing and romping around! The wide and flat sandy beach is easily accessible on foot (approx. 700m) or by car. If you prefer to take the car, you can park on the coastal road and shorten the walk to about 300m.
Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can retreat to the dunes to relax and laze around, or walk for kilometres along the beach.
And our four-legged friends will also find ideal surroundings on these wide and endless beaches. With the exception of the high season, when there are restrictions with dogs on the bathing beach, they are allowed everywhere on the beach and in the water. And even in high season there is a dog beach!
The coastal tram, which runs along the entire Belgian coast from Knokke-Heist (Dutch border) to DePanne (French border), offers wonderful excursions along the coast. The inexpensive day tickets are simply ideal for this!

A little house to feel comfortable.
The house is exactly as described here. It is very comfortable and you can tell that the owners often live there with their children and dog, as the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Everything is available for 8 people. The beach, which can be reached quickly and easily by bike or on foot, is very spacious and especially untouched by nature. In Bredene, there are small shops, as well as a Lidl, Aldi, Spar, etc. We particularly liked the large summer garden. The owners are very nice and have put together a folder that contains all the important information about the house and the area. The key handover was very uncomplicated, through a key safe. We really enjoyed our vacation and have already booked again for next year.

Dear Baumert family,
We had a great time in your holiday home, everything was there, the mattresses on the beds were very good, the house was clean and everything worked smoothly. The garden is great, fenced, and there are loungers available. In the holiday park, you can swim, play basketball and tennis. There are shopping opportunities, restaurants and beautiful beach sections nearby.

We are now "battle-hardened" grandparents. After a smaller chalet on another site became too small because of the family, we bought this house in 2007. From the beginning, it was important to us to have a family-friendly and complete equipment. This includes equipping the upper bedrooms with SAT-TV and radio. And also a trailer parking space directly at the house.
