Lechfelsen WG 8 – Oberbayern is a modern and comfortable apartment offering a stylish retreat in the picturesque region of Upper Bavaria. Located in the charming village of Prem, this first-floor accommodation combines the tranquillity of a rural setting with proximity to a variety of leisure activities and local conveniences. Built in 2022, the apartment presents fresh interiors and contemporary amenities suitable for families, couples, or guests looking for a relaxing or sporty holiday.
Spanning 99 square metres, the apartment features three rooms, two of which are bedrooms, providing space for up to four guests. The sleeping areas are fitted with tiled flooring and equipped with everything needed for a restful stay, including sight protection at every window and a full-length mirror. Both adults and children are welcome, and amenities for families—including a children-friendly environment and baby facilities—are present.
The spacious living area, also with tiled floors and underfloor heating, offers a comfortable sofa, armchair and a desk for work or leisure. For entertainment, you will find a satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi connectivity. The adjoining dining area features a large table and chairs, perfect for social meals or family game nights. The open kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room and is fully appointed with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator (with an integrated freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary utensils and crockery.
The bathroom is equipped with warm water, a shower, sink, mirror and hairdryer. There is also a convenient guest WC for additional privacy and comfort. The accommodation is very spacious and has a large living and dining area. The view of the Lech and the covered balcony are impressive. Everything was very clean, and the contact with the landlords was extremely quick and very friendly. Highly recommended.

The vacation apartment is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked, even a hand blender was available. The request for a drying rack, unfortunately, as it also rained, was promptly fulfilled. It was also very pleasant that everyday essentials were available on site. The balcony offers a beautiful view of Lechbruck and the mountains. We (3 adults) felt very comfortable during the 10 days and can truly recommend the apartment.

The holiday apartment offers a breathtaking view of the Lech, and the furnishings are very nice and of high quality, including the dishes. The windows and entrance door are completely soundproof; you hear nothing from outside. Currently, the Lech bridge is being renovated, which is associated with construction noise during the day. It did not bother us. The rental process is completely hassle-free, including a quick return of the deposit.

Very beautiful, large holiday apartment with balcony views directly onto the river. Generous furnishings: everything is included. Parking spaces right in front of the house, bicycles can be stored in a garage. The electric car can be conveniently charged in Lechbruck nearby (5 minutes on foot) during the stay.
